Currently I'm in my 3rd semester and the placements are offered from the 5th semester. The college has a placement cell called Aspire which basically helps and coordinate all the placements in college. There are several famous companies that visited the college like Deloitte, KPMG, etc. There are also several startups that come to the college. The highest package was around 22 lakhs P.A which was offered to a Economics honours graduate in a consultancy firm.
The admission process for this college is done through the the exam called (CUET) Common University Entrance Test. The course which I'm pursuing is BBE, it has a pre-requisite that the student must have studied maths in his higher secondary exams. To take admission in BBE you have to give 3 papers in CUET, Maths , General test and English. The application form comes around April May. Application fees is around 1600 Rs. Exams are conducted in June and the classes begins from August. There are reservations benefits for the following castes OBC,SC,ST. The cut off for the following are generally lower than the general category.

Exams are held at a time period of six months. And we have to study and work hard to pass the exam. Writing a presentation or answer presentations should be good for passing this exam.
CVS is a good college for vocational courses. There will be placements for vocational courses but there are fewer main courses The college campus is very big but not well maintained. The admission to the college was very smooth and the staff was really helpful.

I have to clear CUET organised by NTA, to get admission here. Then fill out the form on the CSAS portal of Delhi University based on which they prepare a merit list along with the comparison of 10th and 12th marks in case of the same score of cuet. Reservation policy is as per the government of India. Improvement can be done by arranging a virtual document verification for those students who are in different parts of countries.

Read Full ReviewPlacement is on average and worth according to the course. From 6th or 7th semester students become eligible for campus placement. This college has its placement cell named: ASPIRE. Currently, I can't recall which company visited for hiring but yeah many companies do visit college. The highest package is 12 LPA and the average is 4.5 LPA. Placement depends on students' capability but yes around 80% of students get internships. I hope to get placement by the college.
If you want to appear for this course you have to clear cuet entrance exam. You can find the application form on the NTA website which conducts the Cuet exam every year. There are also reservation benefits for OBC/SC/ST and EWS candidates. We want to see that admission processes should be fast and online it's ll beneficial for those students who are far away from Delhi.

I had taken the CUET exam. This is student student-friendly exam but the process is not good. I think the exam conducting agency is not good. The exam continued for about 1 month. Thus my suggestion is that if NTA conduct exam in well well-managed way then it will be very helpful to all the students.

CVS is more known for its vocational studies, whereas Maitreyi is more known for its arts and commerce studies. The faculties at both colleges are quite good. If you are opting for Arts subjects, go to Maitreyi college. Before choosing any of these two institutes, you should talk to the current students and get to know their experience.

Among Rajdhani College and the College of Vocational Studies (CVS), it is suggested you go for the latter instead of the former. CVS is said to be one of the best colleges under DU.
