How are the placements in Quantum University?

My friend from school used to be a student of Quantum University. She completed her MBA in finance and secured a lucrative job at Yes Bank with a package of 10 LPA. Students even get placed in companies like Mahindra, Emson, Genpact, Oracle, Vivo, and Flipkart with packages even higher. The campus is visited by a number of big names for the purpose of offering jobs to its students. The highest package that was offered was as high as 14 LPA. The alumni network of Quantum University is pretty extensive but only in India, unfortunately. The same cannot be said about the alumni network in the case of overseas. More than 130 companies visit the campus for granting placement. The reason for such renown is because the university boasts of a placement record of 100% which it owes to its quality of education which is high and strong industry interface. The Assured Placements MBA Program, or (APMP) has recently been started by the university which assures that the students are placed in jobs at the time of completion of their course.

Is Sharda University better than Quantum University?

Sharda University is a private university situated in Greater Noida, established in the year 2009. The college has been accredited with NAAC ‘B’ grade. The college is home to 13 schools that offer a total of 281 courses across 17 streams. It has 250+ global tie-ups with various institutions and organizations. Further, students are shortlisted on the basis of a common entrance exam conducted by the college or national level entrance exam (JEE, CAT, XAT) scores. For some courses, the PI round is taken. Infrastructure & Facilities Sharda: The college is built over a humongous 63-acre campus. The college is home to a number of cafeterias and fast-food restaurants. The college also has a well-equipped library, on-campus hostels, laboratories, sports facilities, a convenience store, and a gym. The college also runs a shuttle service for its students. Quantum: The college is built over a large 30-acre campus. The college has a well-maintained library, cafeterias, and sports facilities. The college has on-campus hostels for both boys and girls. Other facilities such as Wi-Fi, auditorium, gym, and shuttle services are also provided. Placements Sharda: Over 350 recruiters come on campus for recruitment including Amazon, American Express, Pepsi, Cognizant, and many others. MBA and B.Tech have a high placement rate of 100% and 90% respectively. The highest package for 2019 was 10LPA. Quantum: The college has an 85% placement rate with over 650 students placed. Companies such as Yes Bank, KPIT, and Tech Mahindra are invited for placements. The average package offered at the college is 3.5LPA, with the highest package going up to a whopping 18LPA. Sharda University offers a larger variety of courses and a much larger campus. Quantum, on the other hand, has a great placement cell with students getting packages over 10LPA. Both colleges are well-known private universities and a choice between the two depends on one’s personal preferences such as location, fees, and facility preferences.

Eligibility:

For B.Tech candidate must pass in 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with at least 50% marks in the above subjects.
For B.Tech + MBA admission, the candidate should pass 12^th with minimum 50% marks in PCM subjects.

For Postgraduate Program

University offers MA and M.Sc. courses of two-year duration are offered at PG level. The MA course is offered in two disciplines and M.Sc. is offered in one discipline. Quantum University also offer M.Tech (four-year) and MBA (three-year) courses as a part of PG program. M.Tech is offered in 5 disciplines and MBA is offered in 6 disciplines.

Eligibility:

For MA in English and Economics and M.Sc. in Agronomy/ Horticulture, candidate must have done Graduation with minimum 50% marks in relevant discipline.
For M.Tech, candidate must be B.E/B.Tech graduate along with valid score of GATE.
For MBA Admission, Graduate in any stream with minimum 50% marks and score card of CAT/MAT/XAT/NMAT is compulsory.

For Diploma, Certification and PGDM Program
