Likes

The faculty is very helpful and active, with great professionalism, the way of teaching is very understandable if any doubts, they are always available to clear it without any problem.
Infrastructure is so awesome the views at the campus are the best and you will fall in love with each and every corner of campus
Also i liked the placements of the college that they provide the placements to the students in best companies and for the good job role as well.

Dislikes

Hostel facilities are pathetic fungus in washroom mess too far away food is not upto the mark cost : 120000/ annum faculty is not quite responsive facilities not provided as promised everything is delayed
The hostel mess food is also not good for the students
The classes are held at different locations which really make us tired as we have to walk a lot to take another class

All about Microbiology

What I Liked

The teacher are very helpful and kind to the students.
The infrastructure and the environment is very clean.
People are very helpful like the staff of the college.

What I didn’t like

The availability of classes are less for the student .
Buses timing is also a problem for the students.
Sometimes classes doesn’t taken by the teacher on regular basis.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency and timing of exams along with our perspective on the difficulty level is more than the 2 hours The improvement in the course curriculum is that the time table is like to set according to the better timings for the students.

Remarks:

Eligibility for the microbiology course if you're doing masters than you have done bachelor in any life science program and you have maximum got 60% in yours bachelor. To find out the application forms you have to reach to our college admissions office there you find out every detail about the course.

A beam of light ready to scatter.

What I Liked

College environment is good it is quite spacious and free we could find good facilities nearby likhe shops, cafe, atm etc
The faculty is really polite and understanding plus make us feel comfortable.
Graph fest is one of the best events that happens in the college where various singers and rapper are called.

What I didn’t like

To much crowded and the lanes are quite congested
No such extra curricular activities are present specifically in the morning shift
Lack of ACs in every class room and small class have only 2 fans.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I already had intrest in studying economics and therefore went a head in this cource.. Areas for improvement in this course can be more of social activities can be included and less of written work should be there.

Remarks:

The admission process to be honest was extremely simple and convenient as we just have to go to the addmission office and they'll provide us with their member who will give us a brief about the course and fee structure including the discounts. N then they'll provide you a form you just have to fill the form and submit reservation fee if you want to reserve seat.

My Life in GEU

What I Liked

I like the environment of the college. Good for Friendship and study
The Decorum of the college, as they’re strict
Many facilities absolutely here along with good faculty

What I didn’t like

I don’t like how they seperate males and females
No proper facility of washrooms. They’re stinky most of the time

Placement Experience:

The placement of BCA in graphic era is so poor.The highest package offered by them for BCA is 5-8LPA which is very poor to be honest and average package is 4LPA Which is even worse of worst . So be aware if you are coming for placement

Remarks:

Admission was such a mess I can't explain.They wasted my almost three days for admission because of some external agent through which my admission was going on.She took advance fee and went missing(didn't help)

Campus of graphic Era hill University Dehradun

What I Liked

Campus was very clean there are 100 buses and many faculty are present in college there we cannot count it

What I didn’t like

Fees was so high teacher gives us back many backs in subject by 1 marks and not give much internal marks which they have on their hand this is very ruthless

Course Curriculum Overview:

Exam are always out of syllabus and many question come out of syllabus and they do not help teacher help those who have connected with the student and guide them but that student they do not know you never there help. The meaningless course of this world is BCA

Remarks:

Yes this is right reservation benefit for Uttarakhand student was 25% I am also come from Uttarakhand I give 25 000 less on on 100000 this was pretty good way to help Uttarakhand poor areas people child out of Uttarakhand cannot apply for reservation but if you are marks is 60 70 80 this type of percentage help you to bargaining with them.

Here is a brief review of Graphic Era University.

The college infrastructure is average. The sports facilities are not good.
The faculties have good educational backgrounds. But most of the faculty members don’t put in the required effort.
The hostel accommodation is decent. The food offered at the mess is decent.
The CS department has good placement records. Around 80% of students get placed from this branch. The average CTC offered at the institute is INR 5 LPA. But for other branches, placement chances are less than 20%.
Graphic Era charges huge fees. A BTech degree costs around INR INR 13.32 Lakhs.

Overall, Graphic Era University is average at best.

Which is better for a BSc course - Graphic Era University or Doon University?

Among the given choices, Graphic Era will be a better option, for a BSc course.

The Graphic Era University has been around for more than 25 years. I have a few friends from the University and according to them, the faculties are well qualified and quite cooperative. You will also get good international exposure there. You can think about pursuing the following courses at this college.

BSc (H) Food technology
BSc (H) Microbiology
BSc (H) Biotechnology
BSc (H) Maths, Physics

Let me assure you that this college has some of the best labs and overall, the teachers are also really good. This really makes a difference when it comes to higher education.

Graphic Era University is better for a B.Com. It offers better career outcomes. Companies such as SAGE Publications, Cognizant, IndiaMart, etc. visit the campus drive to recruit students. According to the recent highlights of Graphic Era placements, the average CTC for B.Com students is around INR 3.5-4 LPA.

GEU also gives students the opportunity to explore and learn new things outside of traditional academics.

Graphic Era is definitely a better option for B.Tech CS, compared to Uttranchal University. The faculties, lab facilities, and placement opportunities offered for CSE, at the university are better than any other college in Dehradun. The average CTC offered for CSE students during placements is around 5 LPA. More than 200 companies visit the campus placement. Graphic Era fee structure for B.Tech CSE is approximately around 13.32 lakhs.

IMS Unison is famous for its placement records and one of the first universities to adopt the SAP ERP solution for completely streamlining all academic courses. It has a number of industrial tie-ups. It was ranked as the 11th best private university in India by Times of India in 2020.

UIT Uttaranchal University is a relatively new university that provides a plethora of courses in various fields. It is a private university established in Dehradun and has developed modern frameworks for teaching children and providing them with the relevant experience.

Graphic Era University (GEU) is better than Graphic Era Hill University. It has better infrastructure and facilities. The laboratories and workshops are far better at GEU. The university boasts of an excellent faculty base. The student crowd is diverse, you will meet people from all over the country.
