The application form can be filled in online or offline mode by following the below-listed steps:

Online Application

1. Visit the official website of SCSVMV and Register.
2. Log in to the official website after receiving the Username and Password.
3. Fill the application form and upload the desired documents.
4. Pay the application fee through Net-Banking or by Credit/ Debit Card.

Offline Application

1. Application forms are available at SCSVMV Campus, Enathur, Kanchipuram, School of Education (For B.Ed program) and Sri Jayendra Saraswathi Ayurveda College, Nazarathpet, Chennai. Students can also download the application form from the official website of SCSVMV.
2. The application fee can be paid by Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘The Registrar, SCSVMV University’ payable at Kanchipuram/Chennai.
3. Send the duly filled form with desired documents and DD to the university address

Document Required

Candidates who will be qualified in the entrance exam will be called for counseling. Counseling Dates will be announced by the University. The following documents have to be submitted by the university at the time of counselling.

• Entrance Exam Score Card or Qualifying Exam Marks List
• Mark sheet of Class 10th as proof of date of birth
• Mark sheet of Class 12th or it is equivalent (if results are announced)
• Passport Size Photos
• Photo ID proof (PAN, Aadhar, Passport) – Original for verification, Photocopy to be submitted.
