Placements are especially good for CSE department. However, KIIT charges high fees. 

Compared to Amity Noida, LPU is better in terms of placements, infrastructure, and campus life. Each year more than 500+ national and international companies visit LPU placements. Microsoft, Adobe, and Amazon are some of the major recruiters. During the 2021 placement drive, the highest CTC offered was INR 42 LPA. 

LPU has a brilliant faculty base. Most of the faculty members are alumni of IITs, IIMs, NITs, and are reputed universities around the world. 

You can avail all the facilities on the university campus itself. There are central libraries, hospital facilities, indoor sports stadium, shopping mall, and ATMs. 

Although the course fee is a little high, you can avail of merit-based scholarships and sports scholarships. 

When it comes to pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Lovely Professional University (LPU) stands out as the best private university compared to CGC and Landran. Here's why:

• Scholarship Opportunities: LPU offers its own test called LPUNEST, which serves as the basis of eligibility for most of the programs and scholarships. The amount of scholarship awarded depends on the program's fee, date of admission, and the student's performance in LPUNEST. Additionally, LPU offers fee concessions for Defence and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) and their dependents, as well as special scholarships for toppers of the Education Board and for students who have excelled in sports, cultural events, R&D, co-curricular activities, social service, and bravery awards.

• Placements: LPU's placement record is impressive, with the highest international and domestic packages offered during the 2022 placement season standing at INR 300 LPA and INR 64 LPA, respectively. • Extremely affordable. It's a government university so the only relaxation is fees.

• Better placement opportunities

Cons-

• Education tactics adopted are old school.

• The structure of exams is below average

• Bad internet facilities

• The compulsory attendance rules do not let you conduct research.

Lovely Professional University:

Pros-

•  A large-scale advertisement which is not of much use to an engineer

• Extensive international collaborations

• Placements in Google, Facebook, Yahoo, and Microsoft

Cons-

• Lack of proper study material and timely educational help

• Placements are usually off-campus. This means they are dependent on your hard work and not on the university.

Both universities fail to provide a very good education and have a lot of shortcomings. Choose LPU or UPTU only if you have no other option. Of the two, UPTU is still a better option because of its low fees and better education strategies.

Chandigarh University is the better choice among these two. 

• CU has a great pool of teachers. The faculties are well-experienced. You can also ask for their help any time you need it.
• The management on campus is great. It is one of the safest campuses in North India. Ragging is strictly prohibited on campus.
• Chandigarh University Placement - CU is conducting its 2022 placement drive. More than 757 recruiters have made around 7500 placement offers. The highest CTC offered this year is 52.11 LPA.

But CU has a strict 75% attendance policy. You will need to attend classes regularly, as there is no poxy policy.
