The hostel facility is okay. Most of the hostels are old and are undergoing renovations. Mess food is healthy and good in quality as well as quantity. Registration is done on a semester basis and the process is smooth. All the students are provided with hostels however rooms can be rented in munirka.
In my college, various cultural fest goes on across the year. Lok beyond folk to mosaic and so on. Recently the campus hosted an international food festival. Norteast cultural program, tribal fest, and so on. Apart from this every Centre, as well as every hostel, gives freshers to the newly admitted students. These have DJ night at the end which is memorizing. 9 floored library hosts so many many many books that one can read all through his life. All 9 floor has millions of books. Also, there's a study hall for students.

Read Full ReviewThe size of the rooms is average with the basic necessities provided in it i.e. bed, cupboard, fan, table, and chair. Each hostel has its own mess with a menu that is very diverse. The quality of the food is ever-changing. One can avail of hostel facilities at a cheap rate of about 3000 a year. If one wants to rent a room, the nearest places are Munirka and Vasant Kunj.
The campus doesn't organize an annual fest. But still, the days are quite eventful. One can always find cultural or educational events happening. The library is quite monstrous with thousands of books and ample space for self-study. The classrooms are equipped with the needed materials. JNU also organizes many sports events in which students compete as a team representing their hostels or centers. There are groups for poetry, dancing and singing, adventures, and many more run by the students.

If all the engineering students stay together, you will definitely have the best time of your life. The meal quality is average but satisfactory.
The campus life here at JNU is really great. If you are a nature lover, then Delhi is the place for you to study. You have a stadium for sports like football ball, basketball, lawn tennis, etc. You can also opt for NCC but not as an extracurricular activity, but as a course with credits. Also, there are many active political parties like ABVP, DSF, AISA and many more.

The meal quality is good. 3 times meal are provided Breakfast, lunch, and Dinner. 4 out of 7 days Dinner have no veg option. the registration process for a hostel is easy, and not lengthy, If you are not allotted a hostel then you can reside in Munirka where PG is available.
Life on the campus is beautified regularly, Campus is greenery and pollution free instead of It Delhi, Campus area is approx 1100 acres, Here several programs, meetings, and conferences at the national, and international level is an organ. There are approx 6-7 lakh books in the central library of JNU, Book collection is very vast. Here, extracurricular activities opportunities are great, Sports, Dance, Quizzes and so many clubs are active for this.
Read Full ReviewMany hostels are new and properly maintained but some are many old and the relocation process is going on. Hotel meals cover the food of South, North, and many places. Tastes are good and it depends on person to person. The registration process is very simple we have to pay all mess bills and some hotels charge approx. 1100 and take no dues. Pg is also on the available opposite side of campus or in Munirka.
We can say JNU looks like not a part of Delhi because it is very greenery and there is full of peace. Many cultural activities, and fests which they organize per month run continuously for many days. The library is also very beautiful and it is on 10th floor and many good and helpful books are available there. Their classrooms are a little bit small but well organized. There is a big stadium where sports students spend their time. There are many political parties and they run many social groups like feminine etc.

In the case of the fest, you can say in JNU you will find something everyday basis. All kinds of books you will find in the library. The classrooms are very good and well-furnished. There are indoor and outdoor stadiums for various sports activities
Read Full ReviewThe Hostels of JNU are not in good condition. There are two bedrooms in which you have provided a fan, table chair, Almira and an electricity board. There are boys' hostels, girls' hostels and co-aid hostels. Girls are allowed in the boys' hostel but boys are allowed in the girls' hostel only to the mess, not in the room. In co-aid hostels there are a common mess and boys are not allowed in the girls' wing but girls are. There is three meal in a day. You will get here a variety of dishes and very tasty food. After that, you have to register for a hostel. The fees for a hostel are very nominal.
There are many seminars were held on campus. And there celebrated many national and international Festivals. JNU has a very big library almost all books and journals are available here. Besides this, there are online libraries also. The classrooms are very fancy and it has smart boards and projectors. There is a stadium on the campus for sports and large opportunities for extracurricular activities.

Hostels are well furnished with 24-hour water and electricity supply food quality is average menu changes on the daily basis the dessert provided are good. During the registration process, we have to select whether we need a hostel or not. Hostels are affordable with 1500 for a semester and 3000 mess bills per month. But the students from NCT are not provided hostels.
Life on the campus is very good with various events and celebrations going on festivals are celebrated in a great way. Books and journals are available in each department library and also in the central library which is very large with a cyber library also. Inter-University sports competitions are held for various sports during summer.
