Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) or IPU admission process typically begins in the month of March or April. Candidates who wish to apply for admission to any of the programs offered by IPU can apply online on the official website of the university. IPU offers over 50 programs at the UG, PG, and Research levels. Admissions at IPU are based on Common Entrance Test (IPU CET), conducted by the university, or scores obtained in the national-level entrance examinations.

Admission to UG and PG courses will also be done through the common university entrance test (CUET), conducted by NTA. The preference will be given to IPU CET and national-level test scores for respective programs and CUET scores will be given second preference. For admission to BTech, B.Arch, B.Des, BALLB/BBALLB, and Medical courses, candidates are required to appear in the JEE Main, NATA, UCEED, CLAT UG, and NEET examinations, respectively. For the final selection, a merit list will be based on the candidate's performance in the qualifying examination and the entrance examination conducted by the university. Candidates who meet the cutoff marks are then called for counseling, where they can choose their preferred program and college based on their rank and availability of seats. IPU UG Admission 2023

IPU offers various UG programs through its affiliated colleges in Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Law, Management, Pharmacy, Medicine, Etc. The basic eligibility criteria for admission is to complete 10+2 from a recognised board of education. Admission to all UG programs at IPU is done on the basis of scores obtained in the entrance examination followed by counselling conducted by the university. The table below lists all the UG programs offered at IPU along with their eligibility and selection process:

IPU PG Admission 2023

IPU offers various PG programs through in the discipline of Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Education, Law, Management, Etc. The basic eligibility criteria for admission is to complete bachelor’s degree from a recognised university or institute. Admission to all PG programs at IPU is done on the basis of scores obtained in the entrance examination. The table below lists all the PG programs offered at IPU along with their eligibility and selection process:

IPU Ph.D. Admission 2023

IPU offers Ph.D. in various specialization at Doctorate level. Master’s degree with 55% marks in aggregate in the relevant discipline is the minimum eligibility criteria for admission. Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of the score in UGC NET / CSIR NET followed by Interview and Counselling.

Remarks:

Very good infrastructure and 100 per cent placement guarantee. The professors were skilled and knowledgeable. The most of professors are phds . Everything is ok but I am disappointed by only one thing the campus is not large and I also don't expect the College canteen like this

Remarks:

When I fill out an admission form, IP University has some eligibility criteria in which math is compulsory and written test is compulsory. So after clearing the written test there is a personnel interview. And after all this according to individual rank colleges are allowed. I take admitted to ip University because after du at Delhi ip University degree is taken into consideration for jobs other than at University.

Remarks:

I am a diploma student so I took admission through the lateral entry scheme. The admission process is very simple if you want to take admission in b.Tech you have to take CET (common entrance test) for lateral entry. In the lateral entry, you can take admission directly in 2nd year You can find the application for lateral entry on the website of IP university.

Remarks:

I applied for the master's entrance on the IPU portal. The cutoff varies every year and admission is offered to the top 50-60 rank holders. If anyone from above opts out, then the seat is offered to the next candidate. For MA English, graduation was mandatory. The admission portal is opened on the official website of GGSIPU. 85% of seats are reserved for Delhi students.

Eligibility criteria: minimum 55% in phy+chem+maths only (12th class) must have a good rank in JEE mains (for general 1 to 3lakh) you can get all the details on the ipu admission website (application form) process: you have to apply and then wait for the choices filling round. keep checking youtube for quick news about ipu. ABOUT ME: I have a 97k rank in jee with 90 percentile 69% in PCM class 12th. currently, I am studying in USAR B.tech (Artificial intelligence and data science)

Eligibility is 50%+ in 10+2 (must have computer science/maths as your subject) and you have to pass the CET exam. Application form on ggsipu.com, application fees are 1000 dates are near end of August The admission process is good.

Shubham Kumar from BHAGWAN PARSHURAM INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY ROHINI NEW DELHI first year Got admitted here in NOVEMBER 2022. due to its increase in placement of every branch in BPIT. you will able to see the change in fee structures this is normal and may be increasing in the years. Since then what I have experienced now is good placement. Better education environment and good support from seniors and teachers faculty members. Good support from seniors is one of the imp things for the rest of my years in that college.

Remarks:

Admission is through JEE only. The application form of GGSIPU is on the official website only. The application fee is 1000 per course. Reservations are included in JEE only as there will be a difference in rank. The admission process is completely online so don't trust any dealer or mediator in the process.

At first, I filled out the counselling form for GGSIPU B.Tech and waited for the results of the spot round. I got IT in GGSIPU at a rank of 34005 in Jee Mains. Then came to the campus at Dwarka for reporting. Eligibility of the course is clearing JEE Mains and Class 12 with PCM. Application form fees were 1200/-

I have given jee mains in 2021 and got 92 percentile in the exam and registered for ipu counselling and get ai & ds branch in the spot round. After I pay 40k for a counselling fee and the remaining fee at the time of admission to the college

Choose MSIT if you want to prioritize degree value over cost. Otherwise, go with SRM. MSIT CSE placements are excellent, but if you live in a politically neutral environment with large campuses, consider SRM, Chennai. Technical societies, such as IEEE, are very active, and if you are fortunate enough to be a part of them, it is better for you in terms of placement and 'knowledge building. If you are serious about expanding your knowledge, there are a few amazing teachers as well as seniors who can assist and guide you. It is entirely up to you to make the most of the available opportunities.

You can do good even at Sharda University if you are good at self-study and can get motivated on your own. The positive side of Sharda University is that it has a great crowd. There are alumni at Sharda University who are unemployed. Even a number of graduate students from IPU are still searching for jobs. One of my friends had recently joined Thapar University and here are some of the facts about it that make it stand out among others. One of the best streams to pursue at Thapar University is CSE.  The placements at Thapar are really good and most of the CSE students get placed. Some teachers are not very good with their teaching methods. One of the best professors at Thapar is Mannek sir, he is a mechanics teacher. One of the best things you will encounter while studying at Thapar University is the senior mentors. They are like siblings and help you with everything. The infrastructure is not very well developed yet, there are few buildings with air conditioning but unfortunately not all buildings. There is various student societies present which you can also join. According to the reviews online, the majority of the students said it is not a good option to pursue MBA from IP University, Delhi.  Here are some reasons why: More focus is given on theoretical preparation than the practicals. Students often complain about the incomplete training. If you wish to learn about your course, it will not provide you with the satisfaction. Because mostly students tend to mug up last year’s questions and answer books. Scoring is easy even if you study only 2-4 days before the exam. The same 10-15 questions are repeated every year. If you want to build yourself, you mostly have to do it all on your own, because the college won't make much effort. Placements here are average. Only the top 10 students are usually given access to sit for the placements. Therefore a lot of students do not get the proper opportunities to get a job. If you are willing to work on your own and are confident enough, then only opt for IP University, Delhi.

One of my friends studied at YMCA while my sister studied at IPU. I can share their experiences and let's see who won: YMCA receives a lot of good companies each year.  IPU receives IT firms most often with a package of INR 3.25 LPA. The only highlight of IPU is Microsoft.  As a CS or IT, you will find it to your liking. In YMCA Amazon, Maruti, Adobe, Snapdeal, Yamaha, and many more reputed companies come to hire B.Tech graduates. Placement is what matters to most, however, it's not the only parameter of comparison but because YMCA tops in placements which is an essential factor nevertheless, it wins!
