Should I get a Bachelor's of Technology in computer science from MSIT GGSIPU or SRM Chennai? Why?
Posted On - Jun 8, 2021Choose MSIT if you want to prioritize degree value over cost. Otherwise, go with SRM. MSIT CSE placements are excellent, but if you live in a politically neutral environment with large campuses, consider SRM, Chennai.
Technical societies, such as IEEE, are very active, and if you are fortunate enough to be a part of them, it is better for you in terms of placement and 'knowledge building.
If you are serious about expanding your knowledge, there are a few amazing teachers as well as seniors who can assist and guide you. It is entirely up to you to make the most of the available opportunities.
If you are from Delhi, you should go for MSIT, it is one of the best IPU Colleges for the following reasons.
- Microsoft visits MSIT Campus every year to hire interns.
- You will have enough time to prepare for master’s.
- Technician societies like IEEE are active in the colleges and if you are fortunate enough to be a member of the society, you will have better chances in placement.
- There was a fully sponsored trip to South Korea for the chairperson of IEEE.
Although, fields of interest vary from student to student. But, yes if you are interested in enhancing your knowledge and network there are good teachers and seniors who can really help you.
Hence, for the Bachelor’s of computer science MSIT is the better option.
