Firstly I have to prepare for two years to crack jee main and jee advanced. we have to first clear the mains in 2 attempts and the best attempt was considered. After that 250000 approx candidates qualify for jee advanced exam and for both exams we have to fill out different applications form. Only 16526 candidates get IITs which is the top institute in India. I cleared jee advanced and pursuing Electrical and electronics engineering in IIT Patna and I Am obc candidates so my fees become one-third of the total course fee The admission process was smoothly done

The admission process to IITs"s is difficult because jee is one of the most difficult exams in INDIA. we can give jee exam with 12 or take a drop At last, all the students got a mail from their college. in the application process, we have to fill in all details like name, father's name, mother's name etc and all the necessary documents and each year cutoff rises or decreases it depends on the paper. yes!! it helps those who belong to the lower category.

For Admission to IIT is based upon jee advanced rank. It is two levels for the exam first level of jee mains and then you have to attempt to jee advance when you are in the top 2.5lakh out of no. of the candidate appearing in jee mains. Every year form is out in December and the exam will be held in January and second attempt happens in around April, your best percentile in these two attempts will be considered as best and your rank will be based upon that, all reservation criterion of the central government is applicable here like sc, st, obc, ews, pwd, etc, also on the basis of income whose annual parental income is below 1lakh will get full fee wavier, whose annual parental income is between 1-5lakh will get 1/3 of fee wavier.

You need to clear JEE MAINS and JEE ADVANCED in order to get admission to IITs. You need to secure a good rank under 14k (for the general category) in JEE ADVANCED to get an IIT. JEE MAINS and JEE ADVANCED are conducted by NTA every year and this is one of the most competitive exams in India. Almost 10 lakh candidates appear for the exam and only the top 1.5 per cent of candidates get into IITs.

You have to clear JEE MAINS and JEE ADVANCED to secure a seat in iit. You can fill out the application form from the official website of JEE MAINS. JEE MAINS is conducted by NTA twice in a year and you have to clear JEE MAINS cutoff to appear for jee advanced. The cutoff for jee mains was 88+ percentile. You can get iits up to 12k rank (for general category) in JEE ADVANCED.

No. The admission process is good. No need to change anything. Because Jose will take the responsibility of seat allotment in iits so we need to opt for the best college that suits our rank. As an obc student of income less than one lakh, I got a tuition fee waiver of 200000.

I have to decide between IIT Patna CSE AND IIT Indore CSE. How is IIT Patna rated?

When you are considering CSE at IIT Indore and IITP, the major difference that comes into play is the student activities and the groups that will help you shape your career than any faculty or curriculum. In my opinion, IIT Indore is much better as compared it IIT Patna.
You will also find a really good functional programming group at IIT Indore. It also has a number of ACM ICPC contests that are enriched into you right from your junior year. The senior-junior interaction is also pretty great considering CSE. Here is some more information regarding IIT Indore:
Location: IIT Indore is based in the industrial capital of Madhya Pradesh. You will find a number of IT companies including those like TCS and Infosys which are building large campuses in Indore. The food here is really good too.
CSE Department: The department at IIT Indore is excellent. It has helped students partake in many worldwide coding competitions and they have qualified thrice for the finals in ACM ICPC. This clearly proves how good the coding culture at the department is.
Campus: With an area of 510 acres, you will find that the campus has all the necessary infrastructure and there will be no dearth of necessities there.
Co-curricular activities: The student gymkhana here takes care of all the co-curricular activities on campus. There are many different clubs like dance, literary, music as well as kalakriti, etc. The annual fest ‘Fluxus’ is the largest techno-cultural fest in central India. The i5 summit is also one of the largest entrepreneurship summit organized by IIM Indore and IIT Indore.
Additionally, you should also consider the opening and closing ranks at both institutes. From my knowledge, IIT Indore CSE accepts higher ranks as compared to IITP which accepts lower ranks. Clearly, the former has good rank holders, good faculty, and better coding culture. It is much more developed.

Among these, you should select IIT Patna. The preference order for these institutes is IIT Patna>NIT Warangal>IIT Mandi. It offers better academics, infrastructure, and placements. IIT Patna placements in 2022 ended with the highest domestic CTC of INR 61.30 LPA. The average package offered for UG courses was INR 28.86 LPA. Google London offered the highest international CTC of INR 137 LPA.

How does MTech mechatronics at IIT Patna compare to the same at NIT Surathkal?

My brother is pursuing MTech Mechatronics from IIT Patna. So, I have some ideas about the degree program. If you are a Robotics or Mechatronics enthusiast, you are perfect for this course.
The course curriculum is great. It is easy to score decent CGPA as compared to other departments.
There are two departmental labs. One of the labs has necessary instrumentation, to carry out the course work. The other is set up by Bosch to study engine ECUs.
Placement for this branch is average. If you are talented and work for it you can also get internship offers.
Companies like TVS, Tata Innovation Lab visit the campus for R&D profiles.
MTech Mechatronics at IIT Patna is a decent option, you can definitely go for it.

The CSE department of MNNIT has a huge list of recruiters. Companies such as Amazon, Google, Microsoft, etc. take part in campus recruitment. During MNNIT Allahabad placements in 2022, the average and highest CTC offered to CSE students were INR 25.89 LPA and INR 118 LPA, respectively.

Which is better for mechanical engineering - IIT Mandi Patna or Jodhpur?

IIT Jodhpur Mechanical is the best option among these. You can do industrial internships right from the first year. Students usually do their internships in companies like Mahindra & Mahindra, L&T, TVS, etc. You can choose to do your internships in other companies through the industrial immersion program. These internships give students insight into the working of the industry. So, they can choose to do a project of industrial interest as their B.Tech project.
IIT Jodhpur Mechanical faculty is brilliant. Most of the faculty members are actively engaged in research work, especially in Robotics, Materials, Manufacturing, and Thermal. If you are interested in some research project, they will be able to guide you.
According to IIT Jodhpur Mechanical placement for the last few years, the average CTC offered to the students of this branch is INR 14.33 LPA. Mahindra, ISRO, DRDO, and many other core companies recruit students through campus placements.

One of my friends studied at IIT Patna and this might be able to help you with your question. IIT Patna has better infrastructural facilities compared to IIT Jodhpur. He has been on the campus for almost 2 years and the facilities are really really good. Whereas IIT Jodhpur has recently shifted to their new campus, so it will take time for them to adjust or maintain the new setting.
IIT Patna also has 10 more seats in CSE Department than IIT Jodhpur. According to 2020
NIRF Ranking, IIT Patna (26th rank) has performed far better than IIT Jodhpur (53rd Rank).

CSE students conduct several coding workshops and students join coding clubs, and associations year-round.
The institute has the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM) that organizes seminars, lectures, competitions, and presentations if you are interested in coding.
It also has Cyverlabs Club with different branches such as Web Development, Machine Learning, Arduino Development, etc. The club is headed by experienced seniors of IIT Dhanbad.
They also help and train students in gaining computing skills.
Therefore, if you are thinking to join IIT Dhanbad then you can go for it. It has a great coding culture. Also, the institutes organize various coding events and competitions for students all around the year which helps them acquiring a good knowledge of it.
