The minimum percentage required is just 60% for taking admission in chitkara university and the admissions are simple just log on to the site and fill up the form which costs 1000rs and then they'll call you themselves for further details
The curriculum is really good and the latest and it also teaches us and makes us ready for todays world with latest technologies and all. It also helps students in many aspects such as free lancing start up finds etc
Internships in this college are not quite a big deal to get you can easily get one if you have skills u just have to apply for them and if they like you they'll pick u up and then you are good to go to university also helps you in many ways to get one.
The placements here are average to good which totally matters to the students like ive seen people getting no placements at all to people getting placements of 18 LPA in second year only it totally matters on the student
The fees for doing CSE in chitkara university for the 2023 batch was 1 lakh including everything per semeter and the if you opt for hostel it is 72k for a four seater attached washroom non AC for the same time
My overall experience about the campus is mixed like its very clean and and very lit up. It gives you everything you need for a good lifestyle like a saloon a gym a library a sports complex even a very huge auditorium
Our hostel rooms are very liveable daily we receive the room service and the hostels have very strict rules and good infrastructure the only thing ull find odd is the mess food which is mostly good but it gets sometimes worse
The faculty is good and they often take doubts and help students a lot they are well experienced i mean most of them ofcourse the whole faculty isnt the best but most of them are good with the students.

I'd rate the course curriculum 4.5/5 in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness. Relevant aspects: - Industry-aligned curriculum - Project-based learning - Internships and industry exposure Preparation for real-world applications: - Curriculum focuses on practical skills - Encourages innovation and research Suggestions for improvement: - More emphasis on emerging technologies - Increased industry collaboration - Flexible curriculum to accommodate individual interests Exams: - Frequency: 2-3 per semester - Timing: Well-spaced, allowing adequate preparation - Difficulty: Moderate, with some challenging questions Teaching methods: - Engaging lectures - Interactive sessions - Room for improvement in incorporating more hands-on activities and guest lectures.
The relevance to this question has not changed much over recent decades and it remains a matter to consider the impact that a large percentage will likely face from this new approach and how the impact on society.

Placements at Chandigarh Engineering College (CEC) Landran are strong, with students becoming eligible in the 7th semester. Top recruiters like Infosys, Wipro, and TCS regularly visit, making over 1,000 offers annually. The highest package offered recently was around **INR 31 LPA**, while the average package is **INR 4.5-6 LPA**, with IT students often securing **INR 7-8 LPA**. The placement rate is impressive, with over **85% of students** placed, and more than **90%** in IT. After graduation, I plan to pursue a role in software development, leveraging the college's strong industry connections.
The students start getting placement during their 8th semester while they are being prepared by the university for the placement drive. Companies like Eicher, Royal Enfield etc are in partnership with the university itself. The highest package was 28LPA and the average package is around 6-7LPA.My plans after getting the degree is to pursue higher studies while having a job at side to support myself though the process.
From 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements Microsoft tcs Wipro and many other Companies visited Percentage of students getting placements should be more than 70 percentage plans after getting the degree is to start an own mnc company
One thing good about chitkara university is its placements, one thing it is famous for. But do we get placements after this? The answer is maybe. If your cgpa is up to the notch and you have knowledge you can definitely get a placement. But if you are an average student it's very hard to get a good placement. The average packages are also not much. They provide you with internships but again, the money isn't that good until and unless you are an excellent student of this subject.
All I have heard is that the students become eligible for campus placements is after 7th semester of their course. Sum of the companies that visit the college are Amazon, Google, Jio, Reliance, Infosys, Rapido etc. The highest package recently was 50 lpa and the average package is around 8 to 10 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placements is around 80 to 85%. My plans after getting the degree is to find a good pain job of around 8 to 10 lakh per year.
As there are batches like S60 and uniques in it. These batches help students to prepare for industry levels. These also have separate fully furnished rooms with the best workstations for each student so that students can learn easily. The syllabus is up to date.
The placement season of IIT Ropar begins in the first semester of the final year. Many companies visit the campus of IIT Ropar and recruit students under good packages. The companies include Google, Oracle, Microsoft, Arista Networks and many more.
