IIFT EXAM 2024 IIFT CUTOFF
NATIONAL LEVEL ONLINE TEST
IIFT Cut off 2023 has been released on the official website. Candidates can check the overall and sectional cutoff at iift.nta.nic.in. The overall cutoff for the general category is 40.5, for OBC-NCL/ EWS is 33 and for SC/ ST/ PwD/ Kashmiri Migrants is 25.5. Only those who cleared the minimum sectional and overall IIFT cut off are eligible for participation in the selection process- Extempore and Personal Interview. Ques. Is IIFT Cut off different for General and Reserved categories?
Ans. Yes, IIFT Cut off is different for all categories. For the general category, the cut off is the highest. For 2022, IIFT cut off was 42.6 for the general category, 35.1 for EWS and OBC categories, and 27.6 for other reserved categories.
Ques. Is it mandatory to clear the sectional IIFT 2023 Cut off to be eligible for admission?
Ans. Yes, to be eligible for admission to MBA (IB) courses at IIFT campuses- Delhi, Kolkata, Kakinada, candidates need to clear the minimum sectional IIFT 2023 cut offs. The sectional IIFT Cut off 2022 for the General category is 11 for VARC, 8 for QA, 14 for DILR, and 4.5 for GA.
Ques. For how many years is IIFT score valid?
Ans. IIFT score is valid for a period of 1 year only. For IIFT 2023, the score will be valid only for 2023-24 admission. If candidates are unable to take admission in this session, then they will have to appear for the next session IIFT exam.
Ques. I have cleared the overall IIFT cut off. However, I have not met the sectional cut off. Will I be shortlisted for Extempore and PI?
Ans. No, candidates need to mandatorily clear sectional IIFT cut offs to be shortlisted for the selection process including Extempore, PI, and WAT. Merely clearing the overall cut off without meeting the sectional cut off will not suffice for participating in IIFT Admission process.
Ques. When will IIFT 2023 Cut off be declared?
Ans. IIFT 2023 Cut off is going to be released for MBA 2023-24 admission a few months after the exam.
Ques. Are IIFT Cut offs different for all campuses?
Ans. Yes, IIFT Delhi, Kolkata, and Kakinada campuses have separate admission cut offs. However, it must be noted that all the campuses will follow the same admission process for granting admission to MBA (IB) programs.
