CLAT Syllabus 2023: The Consortium of NLUs has released the CLAT Syllabus 2023 for UG and PG programs at the official website. There are no new changes introduced in the CLAT syllabus. The CLAT Syllabus for UG program has five sections similar to that introduced in the previous examination. The total number of questions in the CLAT Question Paper is 150 for the UG paper. Prior Knowledge of Legal education is not expected, however, awareness of current affairs is useful while attempting the questions.
The CLAT PG Syllabus is based on mandatory subjects of the CLAT UG program including topics like Constitutional Law and other areas of law like Jurisprudence, Administrative Law Law of Contract, Law of Torts, Family Law, Criminal Law, etc. The total number of questions in the CLAT Question Paper is 120 for the PG paper. Prior Knowledge of legal education is mandatory while attempting the CLAT PG exam.
The Consortium has also released a Guide to the CLAT exam pattern, question papers, sample questions,CLAT mock papers, instruction materials, and exercises for each subject CLAT UG. These resources will help the students in improving their CLAT Preparation.
