CLAT Registration process includes basic registration, application form filling, uploading documents, and payment of application fees. CLAT Application Fee is INR 4000 for General Category candidates and INR 3500 for SC/ST and BPL candidates. Candidates can select upto 3 CLAT Exam Centers 2023 in order of their preference at the time of filling CLAT Application Form 2023. Only candidates who successfully register for CLAT 2023 will be issued CLAT Admit Cards.

CLAT 2023 Form Correction window is open till November 20, 2022. However, candidates are allowed to edit a few details only in their application forms. CLAT 2023 Form correction facility will be provided to those candidates who will register for the exam and pay the online examination fee.

Candidates who successfully register for CLAT 2022 will be issued CLAT Admit Card tentatively in the 1st week of December 2022. Candidates will be able to download the admit card till the date of the exam. Ques: Can candidates appearing in 12th also apply for CLAT?
Ans: Yes, As per CLAT Eligibility Criteria, candidates who appearing in Class 12th in March/April 2022 are eligible for the exam. However, candidates should have secured a minimum of 45% in the qualifying examination (40% for SC/ST Category).
Ques: Is CLAT Application Form 2023 the same for all courses?
Ans: CLAT Application Form 2023 for LLB as well as LLB course is the same. Candidates can choose their program of study at the time of filling CLAT Application Form.
Ques: Can I completed CLAT Application Form in phases?
Ans: Yes, CLAT Application Form can be filled in phases. After entering the details, candidates should click on the Save option to save the progress filled in CLAT Application Form. After completing the entire application form, a preview option will allow candidates to check if all the details are correct before final submission of CLAT Application Form.
Ques: What are the reasons for the rejection of CLAT Application Form 2023?
Ans: CLAT Application Form might get rejected due to either an Incomplete application Form, Unpaid Application Fees or if the documents and photos uploaded are not in PDF Format.
Ques: I made an error in CLAT Application Form, Can I submit another application form for CLAT 2023?
Ans: Candidates can submit another CLAT Application Form if there is any error in the previously submitted application form. However, in case of multiple submissions, the candidate’s last online application form will only be considered. The application form fees for previous forms will not be refunded in such a case.
Ques: How can I recover my password to log in for CLAT Application Form?
Ans: Candidates can register for CLAT by using their mobile number and email address. On registration, candidates can create a new password. Click on “ Forget Password” at the time of login to create another password for login.
Ques: Can I change the program after the submission of CLAT Application Form?
Ans: The Consortium of NLUs has not intimated any details regarding the form correction window for CLAT 2023. However, as of now, candidates will not be able to change the program, category and BPL field after submission of CLAT Application Form.
Ques: What are the documents required to be uploaded at the time of filling CLAT Application Form?
Ans: Documents that candidates would be required to upload at the time of filling CLAT Application Form have scanned passport size photographs with a plain background, Signature, Category certificate for SC/ST/OBC candidates, and relevant certificates as issued by the competent authority for BPL Category candidates.
