What is MH CET Law?
MH CET Law or Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for Law is a state-level entrance exam conducted once every year by State CET Cell, Maharashtra for admissions to 3-year and 5-year LLB programs offered by 147 participating colleges across the state of Maharashtra. Based on MH CET Law Cut Off, candidates will be eligible to seek admission in around 147 colleges offering 10, 920 seats for 5-year LLB program and 16, 420 seats for the 3-year LLB programs.

MH CET Law 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should check MH CET Law 2023 Eligibility Criteria because it must be met by all the aspirants applying for the exam. Applicants failing to meet the criteria will not be allotted seats if they cannot provide proof of eligibility during any part of the admissions process.
- Nationality
- Applicants applying for the examination should be an Indian national.
- Candidates with Maharashtra domicile are eligible for 85% of seats in the law colleges.
- Only 15% of seats are reserved for Outside Maharashtra Students.
- Age Limit: There are no age limits applicable in neither a 3-year nor 5-year LLB Programs.

- Applicants must score a minimum of 45% marks in their 10+2 or equivalent exam from any recognized board to be eligible for the examination.
- Applicants of the reserved category should score a minimum of 40% marks in the qualifying exam.

- Applicants must score a minimum of 45% marks in their graduation degree/exams in any stream from any recognized university to be eligible for the exam.

Note: Candidates appearing in their final year of graduation are also eligible and can apply for MH CET Law exam.
MH CET Law 2023 Admit Card
- MH CET Law 2023 Admit Card has been released on April 15, 2023 for the 5-year LLB course.
- MH CET Law 2023 Admit Card will be released in the 3rd week of April 2023 for the 3-year LLB course respectively.
- Candidates can download their MH CET Law Admit Card by logging in with their Roll no./ Registration no. and Password/ Date of Birth (dd/mm/yy). Applicants must make sure that they carry MH CET Law admit cards to the exam centre on the day of examination or else they will not be permitted to give the exams.
