MH CET LAW 2025 ELIGIBILITY

MH CET Law Eligibility Criteria 2023 is that candidates must have scored a minimum aggregate of 45% in their qualifying exam. There is no upper age limit for candidates to appear for MH CET 2023. However, the official eligibility requirement states that only Indian Nationals can apply.

Candidates having Indian Nationality are eligible to fill in the application form for MH CET Law under this category.
The Maharashtra domiciled candidate belonging to a particular Linguistic or Religious Minority Community within the State and as notified by the Government are considered eligible.
These candidates are not required to apply and appear for MH CET Law 2023. They only need to apply for CAP rounds as per the schedule.

A reservation scheme is defined for governing the admission process in MH CET Law Exam Accepting Colleges. The rule is uniformly applicable to Government colleges, government-aided professional educational institutions, and aided undergraduate degree departments/ courses in law into non-agricultural universities.

Ques. What is the meaning of aggregate marks in MH CET Law 2023 Eligibility?
Ans. Aggregate marks mean the Grand Total of marks scored in the qualifying examination/ Diploma/ Degree and as given by the Conducting Board.
Ques. How to convert grades or CGPA into marks for MH CET Law 2023 Eligibility?
Ans. In the case grading system or CGPA system is followed, the conversion will be based on the formula/procedure certified by the Board University from where the candidate has obtained their certificate or marks. If the grades of all the Semesters/ Years are taken into consideration for awarding grade in Certificate/ Diploma/Degree, the same is to be considered and noted while filling in the form.

Ans. As per the updates, the percentage of marks is calculated by rounding off to two places after decimal eg., if you have obtained 75.649% then you will round it off to 75.65% marks.

Ques. Who is not eligible for MH CET Law 2023?
Ans. A person who has successfully completed the HSC/ Graduation is eligible to apply for the exam. But if the candidate has completed SSC in regular mode but has not completed any year of education from classes 1-9 in regular mode, then he/she is not eligible for the law entrance examination.
