Both the universities you mentioned give an edge to each other in one or the other aspects. However, I would still deem LPU with a higher brand value and a better choice for BSC in forensic science. The primary reason that favors my opinion is its high ranking in the field of science, particularly the employment of the best resources to deliver the course.
