The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board known as OJEEB is an examination and e-counselling system by the Odisha State for admission into various undergraduate programmes. It is a state-level entrance exam that is conducted every year. Odisha BArch Admission is based on the NATA and JEE Main scores.
NTA conducts the JEE Main Paper II to offer BArch Admission 2023. The JEE Main Paper 2 for Session 1 was conducted from January 24 to February 01, and the results were released on February 07, 2023. Registrations for JEE Main Session II are open from February 14 - March 12, 2023, and the exam dates are April 6, 8,10, 11, and 12. Whereas, the COA conducts the NATA exam thrice every year.

Odisha BArch Admission 2023: Eligibility
Before the commencement of the online application procedures, the candidates need to check the OJEE 2021 qualification criteria. They have to satisfy these criteria in order to appear for the counselling. Given below are the various criteria which determine the eligibility of a candidate:
- The candidate must have passed the qualifying examination (10+2) or 10+3 Diploma examination
- Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as mandatory subjects.
- The candidate must also have scored a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in the 10+2 examination.
- The candidate must have qualified the NATA exam conducted by the Council of Architecture or any other Aptitude Test conducted by a competent Authority of the State Government/ UT.

Odisha BArch Application Form 2023
For applying to the Odisha OJEE candidates can follow the following steps for the online application submission:
STEP 1: Registration
- Candidates can apply for the OJEE – 2021 counselling through Online mode.
- Candidates can visit www.ojee.nic.in to fill in their application form.
STEP 2: Upload Photograph & Signature
- Click on the ‘Browse’ button.
- Select and upload the latest photograph as well as the signature and thumb impression of the left hand of the candidate.
- Ensure that the signature fits in the box provided.
- Click on ‘upload’
STEP 3: Application Form
- In the application form tab that opens up, fill in all the relevant details of the candidate.
- Candidates should fill in all the relevant details while filling up the online form. Upon submission of the form, candidates are provided with a Registration Number.
- Incomplete application forms or any discrepancies would lead to the rejection of the application.
- Upon submission, keep the Reference ID obtained for any future communications.
STEP 4: Fee Payment

Payments can be done in Online mode. Candidates may opt to pay through Credit/Debit Card or Net-banking.

Odisha BArch Admission 2023: Result
The candidates who have appeared for the NATA entrance exam will be able to check their results on the official website by entering their Roll Number/ Application Number.
- The marks along with the rank will be published.
- Candidates can view and download their rank cards in order to attend the counselling rounds.
- The candidates will be selected for admission solely based on their performance in the NATA exam.
Odisha BArch Admission 2023: Counselling Process
The counselling for OJEE admissions commences after the release of the NATA results.
- Candidates will be intimated about the date and venue by the respective authorities.
- Information regarding Counselling will be made available to candidates on the official OJEE website.
- Applicants are required to pay the admission letter fee for their seat allotment.
- Once the payment is done, candidates will be able to download their allotment letter.
- Candidates will have to carry the following documents while participating in the counselling process:

- 12th or equivalent exam Mark sheet
- Character Certificate
- Domicile/Residence Certificate
- Passport size photograph

Odisha BArch Admission 2023: Reservation
As per the rules of the Govt. of Odisha, 8% of the total seats in all colleges are reserved for the SC candidates whereas 12% of the seats are reserved for ST candidates provided that SC/ST candidates belong to the category by birth and not through marriage or adoption.
- Children of Green Card holders are reserved 5% seats in the B.Arch programmes.
- Persons with Disabilities are eligible for reservation benefits as 5% of seats are reserved for such candidates.
- Wards of ex-servicemen with domicile in Odisha are reserved 3% of the total seats. Women candidates have a 30% reservation for B.Arch programmes.
- 3% of the seats are reserved for NRI, OL, Outside State and TFW students.
