At the undergraduate level, Murshidabad Medical College & Hospital offers MBBS with an intake capacity of 100 seats. Paramedical course offered by the institute include Diploma subjects such as Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT Tech) with 25 seats, Radiography (Diagnostic) (DRD Tech) with 10 seats, Optometry with Ophthalmic Technique (D.OPT.) with 4 seats, Critical Care Technology (DCCT) with 15 seats, Operation Theatre Technology (DOTT) with 15 seats, and Electrocardiographic Technique (ECG Tech) with 6 seats.
