₹ 18,000The course curriculum is very good. We have to perform clinical duty in hospital from 8 am to 1 pm every day from Monday to Friday. From 1 pm to 2 pm, there is lunchtime. And from 2-4 pm, there are theory classes and presentations. The faculties are extremely knowledgeable, skilful, and experienced. They help us in every aspect of clinical as well as theoretical field. The faculty and student ratio is 5:54 . The qualifications of them are MSc nurse. Their teaching method is very good, understandable and easy to remember. In 1 year there are 2 semesters. In each semester there are 2 internals or term tests. The question pattern is good and according to the syllabus. The tests are easy to pass.

All the faculty are Mastered on different special subjects. and the teaching method is good, actually, it varies from teacher to teacher. The 3-time exam is held in semesters. 1 term test and 1 University. the theory exam is moderate level but the practical is tough.
Read Full ReviewI chose the nursing course as it offers decent job security. The faculty-student ratio is actually not maintained we should have more teachers. All the teachers who teach us are having Msc. Degrees in nursing and some of them are phd.s. term exams are on time 2 internal and one university exam in one semester.
Read Full ReviewJust because of job facilities The no of faculty members is very short. MSc, M.phil, PhD but they need some improvement in providing education. Some of them are not capable of teaching properly. Term tests are held once in 2-3 months, not so difficult to pass.
Read Full ReviewThe teachers are also good they are very helpful but very strict. We learn a lot from them. For 50 students 3 teachers are there. they have also done BSc MSc nursing and some of them are PhD holders.

Read Full ReviewIf you fail the 1st MB examination in WBUHS, you will need to sit for the supplementary examination, after a gap of 3-6 months. If you pass that, you can continue studying for the next year. If you fail then, you will have to repeat your first year again with the next batch.
But you can easily clear your supplement and also prepare for the 2nd MB examination with some effort.
If you are a student of Haldia Institute of Dental Science and Research then you can find them in the library. At Gurunanak Institute of Dental Sciences and Research, you can find the previous year’s question papers in the book shops nearby the college. In RADCH or any other Govt. college, you can get the question papers from the student union. If you don’t get them from the union, you can ask your seniors for the questions.
Debasis Pramanik and ABS Mahapatra both are good books. You can choose any of these two books, which you find easy to understand. However, reading these books will not be enough to cover your concepts. Go through Guyton or Ganong to clear your concepts. But read Guyton or Ganong after you finish reading Debasis Pramanik or ABS Mahapatra, otherwise, you will find it difficult to understand.
Don’t buy BDC for Anatomy. You may see many of your batchmates buying it. Your seniors may also suggest BDC. However, BDC has a lot of mistakes and the diagrams are below average.
Comparably, AK Dutta is better. It has better concepts and detailed diagrams. But, Vishram Singh is the best textbook available for Anatomy. In Vishram, the concepts are explained in a better way, there are detailed diagrams. Also, it’s easy to understand for a first-year student. They also covered many Clinical topics related to Anatomy. You can use Vishram as your textbook and consult AK Dutta.
