B V Raju Institute of Technology (BVRIT) was established by the eminent philanthropist (Late) Padmabhushan Dr B.V. Raju under the aegis of Sri Vishnu Educational Society (SVES) in the year 1997. BVRIT was granted UGC - Autonomous Status from the year 2014. The Institute is also duly approved by the AICTE and the Government of Telangana State and is affiliated to JNTU, Hyderabad. BVRIT is accredited by both NBA and NAAC, New Delhi.
- Candidates should have completed 10+2 with Math, Physics and Chemistry with at least 50% (45% for reserved categories) from a recognized board.
- The candidates must have qualified TS EAMCET to secure admission in B.Tech programs.
- For B.Tech programs, 70% seats for Category ‘A’ are allotted by the Convener, TS EAMCET on the basis of merit.
- For B.Tech programs, 30% seats for Category ‘B’ are allotted by the college under the Management Quota.
- Apart from the above two categories, the college also offers Lateral Entry admission, additional 20% of seats are allocated to diploma holders on the basis of their ranks in Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS ECET).

User Facts:
- A fee of INR 350 (INR 250 in the case of SC/ST candidates) is required to be paid at the time of application for ICET.
- A fee of INR (INR 400 for Reserved category candidates) is required to be paid for TS PGECET.
- The application fee can be paid through TS Online, AP Online, Mee-Seva, E-Seva or Payment Gateway (by Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking).
- Minimum qualifying score for TS ICET is 25% marks (No minimum scores are prescribed in case of SC/ST categories).
- The candidates with relevant work experience are preferred for MBA program at the time of final admission.
- Candidates are required to provide all the educational certificates, rank cards, admit cards, income certificate, caste certificates if applicable at the time of counselling as well as admission.
BVRIT Application Process 2023
Students can apply by following the given steps:
- Candidates can apply online through Convener TS EAMCET in the case of Category ‘A’.
- In the case of Category ‘B’, the candidates can apply online at the BVRIT website.
- Filled in form with cash or DD of INR 2000 (Non-Refundable) has to be drawn on any National Bank in favor of “Principal, BVRIT.”
BVRIT Reservation Criteria: The reservation is as per government norms, 70% seats are allocated by the Convener, TS EAMCET.
BVRIT Scholarship 2023
- A fee of INR 35,000 is reimbursed by the state government in the case of SC/ST/E-BC candidates.
- The scholarship is also provided on the basis of merit. If the candidates have secured less than 10,000 rank and income of their parents’ is below 1 lakh p.a, then a full fee waiver is provided.

There is no reservation in our college. It's completely based on our intermediate marks. I don't want any improvements because college is simply perfect in education and cultural activities and in teaching. Best College I have ever seen.

For eligibility, we have 2 opportunities. One is through TS-EAMCET and the other is through management. For the qualification, through EAMCET the General category cutoff for CSE is 8,500, and for IT is 12500. If the General category student has an EWS reservation then he/she will get the reimbursement of 35000 from the TS Government. For this, there are certain conditions that the student has to fulfill. They are the student has to be a resident of Telangana state for the past 7 years and should have EWS and income certificates. After allotment through EAMCET then the student has to submit the documents required to the college and enroll themselves in the college. The college staff assists the student with enrollment and it is very simple.

I have Telangana Eamcet Which consists of 160 marks 80 marks 40 physics and 40 chemistry I have got 83 marks and my rank is around 3000. I am non - a local student because I belong to Andhra Pradesh so we have just 5% of seats in Telangana. You can apply to eamcet on tseamcet.in and the application fee is 500/- the admission process is good

I am from Andhra Pradesh so I am non-local in Telangana because of that our cut-Off for ECE people was 16000 and I got 12000 ranks in the ts exam and for cse people, I think soo below 10000 it is up to your caste. It is too difficult for a general, oc like me. After writing ts exam and getting the results Telangana govt to give me a date when the counselling was for my batch there are 3 counsellors that were my luck. after completion of counselling like certificate verification and all that the college mailed and informed me when was the joining the college.

MGIT is the better college among these.
It offers good facilities and infrastructure. The departmental labs are well-equipped. The college has decent sports facilities.
MGIT boasts of a dedicated pool of faculty.
The institute is lenient regarding rules and regulations. It has an open gate system. Students are free to enter and leave the campus.
The recent highlights of MGIT placements show the average CTC to be around INR 4.26 LPA.

BVRIT (BVRIT Hyderabad College of Engineering for Women) is clearly better than GRIET for CSE students. There is not any significant difference between the two in terms of teaching and pedagogy as the syllabus is more or less the same for every technical college in the Hyderabad region.
The number of students in a typical CSE branch is way much more than that of IT in BVRIT. The faculty are also top-notch and know what they are teaching very well. Yes, of course, there might some very orthodox and traditional teachers who might not inspire students and do not adapt according to the changing market conditions, but these types of professors are lower in number here.
In the end, more than the college, it is your own self-determination that will make you a successful person. A facility with good internet connectivity, self-learning, and competitive coding culture is all you need to succeed at any of the two colleges.
