I wrote the EAMCET exam and got a 27000 rank and as I belong to OC I could not get into any top colleges whereas my friends with 50000 ranks got into top colleges because of their caste SC/ST. And by seeing the rank colleges and branches will be allocated to everyone if you don't like your college you can try for second counseling but you won't get a better college.
