Established in 1964, College of Technology and Engineering, situated in Udaipur, is a constituent college of Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology. College of Technology and Engineering offers undergraduate course i.e. B.Tech in 8 disciplines, M.Tech in 12 disciplines and Ph.D in 9 specializations. The university offers an MBA program in Engineering.

The institute follows online mode of application.
Admission to undergraduate courses is made on the basis of REAP (Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process)
In case of PG courses, admission are made on the basis of merit.
For admission to graduate level degree programs candidate should have passed 10+2 examination and possess valid JEE Main score.
For admission to Post graduate programs, candidate should have passed bachelor’s degree examination.
Admission to PG courses are based on the marks scored in the entrance exam, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

College of Technology and Engineering, offers B.Tech degree in 8 specializations. Applications forms for the program can be filled through online mode. Admission will be done based on entrance exam to be conducted offline.

Admission are done on the basis of REAP. In order to be eligible for REAP, candidates should possess valid JEE Main score. Counselling to all the B.Tech courses will be centralized and conducted by the Govt. of Rajasthan.

There is a relaxation of 5% marks in aggregate for SC/ ST/ Non-Creamy layer OBC and Non-Creamy layer SBC of Rajasthan State.
Candidate should have studied a combination of Mathematics and Physics as main subjects and any one of the following subjects – Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science/ Technical Vocational Subjects.
Admission to 8 seats in Agriculture Engineering will be done by ICAR-Indian Council for Agriculture Research.
Candidate must submit an application fee of INR 700

College of Technology and Engineering, Udaipur offers M.Tech program in 12 disciplines and a MBA course. Candidates with 60% marks in aggregate in B.Tech can apply for M.Tech program. Candidates who possess 55% aggregate in marks in any discipline can apply to MBA program.

College of Technology and Engineering offers Ph.D course in 10 specializations to students every year. Candidates having at least 65% marks in aggregate in Master’s degree can apply for the course.

Admission to the Ph.D course will be made on the basis of merit in entrance examination and screening test followed by an Interview. Candidates under OGPA scheme must have scored at least 6.5/10 OGPA in order to be eligible for the course.

The test will be of 2 hours duration
It will be followed by the interview round on the same day.
Application fee for the course is INR 1000

The college follows online mode of admission and applications are invited for submission in the month of May every year. One can follow following steps to apply online.

For Admission to B.Tech programs:

Log on to website and under the ‘Quick Links’ heading, click on the REAP Engineering Admission.
Click on the general instructions for REAP. Candidate must read all the instructions carefully and then proceed for filling up the online application form.
Now, click on “Registration”. Then, candidate will be redirected to another page.
Click on ‘candidate portal’ and fill the application form for B.Tech.
Upon successfully filling up the form, candidate should proceed to make online payment.

For Admission to M.Tech and Ph.D programs:

Log on to website of college and click on “Admission”.
Next, candidate should Click on “PG Application Form” and take the printout of the form and fill it.
Candidate should attach a Demand Draft of INR 1000 along with completed applications and send it to the following address:
