Ambala College of Engineering and Applied Research is affiliated to Kurukshetra University. The college offers B.Tech and M.Tech courses in four specializations. The total intake is 360 seats in different specializations.
- The application form can be filled offline. It can be downloaded from the college’s official website and required to be submitted at the college campus.
- The minimum eligibility for admission in B.Tech course is a 10+2 pass in Science stream with at least 45% aggregate marks in the subjects taken together. A valid score in JEE Main is mandatory.
- B.Tech second year admissions are also offered to the Diploma in Engineering candidates with at least 45% aggregate marks. Lateral Entry admissions are granted on the basis of LEET score.
- For M.Tech, the candidates must be a graduate in Science stream under 10+2+4 system with at least 55% aggregate marks.
- The selection of the candidates is based on the merit in GATE followed by counselling.
- 15% of the total seats in each discipline are reserved for the candidates belonging to the state other than Haryana. There is reservation for SC/ST/OBC/Physically handicapped and girls of Haryana state.
