AIT B.Tech Eligibility
Interested Candidates need to fulfill the eligibility criteria for the course as prescribed by the institution.
- Passed the HSC ( intermediate) examination with Mathematics, physics and chemistry as their main subjects.
- Passed 12th exam with 45% for general category and 40% for the scheduled castes and scheduled tribes.
- A valid counseling call letter of TNEA ( Tamilnadu Engineering Admissions), if taking admission through counseling.
AIT B.Tech Selection Criteria
- Selection of the students are done both through TNEA counseling and management quota.
- Candidates must oblige the required eligibility for the course and also can apply for TNEA to get into the institution through the Counselling.
- TNEA does not conduct any entrance examination but depends on the performance of 12th standard.
- It publishes a merit list according to the grades obtained in the intermediate exam and releases a call letter for the counseling.

How to Apply for B.Tech Admission?
- Candidates need to apply for the course by submitting the application form.
- Application form can be downloaded online by visiting the official website of AIT.
- Applicants should give their academic and personal details along with the specialization they are applying for.
- Students must upload their passport size photograph and signature.
- Afterward, Candidates can submit their form by paying the required application fee through online modes i.e. debit cards, credit cards ,net banking, etc.
- Candidates are advised to take a print out of the application form after submitting it.
- Those who wish to submit offline ,they can go to the college directly and fill the form accordingly and pay the fees at the counter in cash or cheque.
