Adithya Institute of Technology ( AIT), situated 12 km from Coimbatore city in Tamilnadu, which found its ground in 2008. It is a NAAC accredited institution with B + grading approved by AICTE, New Delhi along with affiliation to Anna University , Chennai.

It is a private institution bolstered by the renowned Adithya group of industries.

There are 20 different courses running under its UG and PG programmes. AIT offers 6 courses in B.Tech/BE, 5 courses in ME and 7 courses in MBA .

Candidates who are interested in B.Tech are required to have a valid Tamilnadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) score .

While those applying for MBA or ME must qualify the TANCET or MAT for MBA and GATE examination for admission in ME.

AIT B.Tech Eligibility

Interested Candidates need to fulfill the eligibility criteria for the course as prescribed by the institution.

Passed the HSC ( intermediate) examination with Mathematics, physics and chemistry as their main subjects.
Passed 12th exam with 45% for general category and 40% for the scheduled castes and scheduled tribes.
A valid counseling call letter of TNEA ( Tamilnadu Engineering Admissions), if taking admission through counseling.

AIT B.Tech Selection Criteria

Selection of the students are done both through TNEA counseling and management quota.
Candidates must oblige the required eligibility for the course and also can apply for TNEA to get into the institution through the Counselling.
TNEA does not conduct any entrance examination but depends on the performance of 12th standard.
It publishes a merit list according to the grades obtained in the intermediate exam and releases a call letter for the counseling.

How to Apply for B.Tech Admission?

Candidates need to apply for the course by submitting the application form.
Application form can be downloaded online by visiting the official website of AIT.
Applicants should give their academic and personal details along with the specialization they are applying for.
Students must upload their passport size photograph and signature.
Afterward, Candidates can submit their form by paying the required application fee through online modes i.e. debit cards, credit cards ,net banking, etc.
Candidates are advised to take a print out of the application form after submitting it.
Those who wish to submit offline ,they can go to the college directly and fill the form accordingly and pay the fees at the counter in cash or cheque.

AIT M.E. Eligibility Criteria

Candidates can take admission in the PG Course by fulfilling the eligibility criteria.
passed Bachelor degree or Equivalent with the 50% aggregate for General category and 45% aggregate for SC And STs.
Passed B.tech or B. arch with the required percentage.
A valid scorecard of the GATE examination.

AIT M.E. Selection Criteria

Candidates who wish to take admission in M.E course must fulfill the criteria given above.
AIT also considers a valid GATE scorecard for its M.E course.
No separate examination is conducted for the above course.
B.TECH / B.E and B.Arch general students need to have 50 % aggregate and 45% for SCs and STs.

How to Apply for M.E Admission?

The candidate needs to submit the application form for the course.
The application form can be downloaded online through its website and can be filled with required academic and personal details and the specialization applying for.
Photographs and signatures need to be uploaded.
Fee required to be submitted through online mode and printout of the same can be taken out.

Ans. Aditya Institute of Technology is situated in the state of Tamilnadu, India. Ans. The National Backward Classes Finance & Development Corporation (NBCFDC)a non profit company under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment , Government of India to improve the economic activities and provide financial assistance for the members of Backward Classes who are living below the poverty line, is offering Educational Loan to the students of Backward classes for pursuing professional or technical education at graduate and higher level.

Ans. According to the placement cell around 90% of the students are placed in many reputed organizations and around 75 % of students are pursuing their internship before placements with many big corporates. Many renowned firms Like Cognizant, Dell ,Amazon ,Intel ,Hp etc visit every year to campus for the recruitment drive. So the placement scenario is quite encouraging.

Ans. Yes, the College has decided to receive the fee semester wise. So you can pay it in installments rather than paying in one go.

Ans. Yes, Students from other states can also apply for the courses at AIT. For B.tech courses they have to fulfill the eligibility criteria i.e mathematics ,physics and chemistry as main subjects with 45% ( General) and 40% ( SCs/ STs) in 12th standard .
