SMIMS MBBS Admission 2023

Sikkim Manipal Institute Of Medical Sciences (SMIMS) offers a four and a half years MBBS course for undergraduate students. Students seeking admission into MBBS will have to qualify the UG NEET. Below is a table with brief information about the course:

Students will then have to visit Sikkim Manipal Institute Of Medical Sciences to submit the required documents and certificates.
All other admission formalities will be completed in the institute campus itself.

Registration Process:

Candidates will have to first submit the application form to the Registrar SMU/ Head of Department/ Head of Institute.
Candidates will then have to contact the Head of the Department/ Head of the Institute where the Ph.D. work is planned to take place.
Candidates will then have to present their research protocol to the Research Protocol Evaluation Committee (RPEC) at the Department/ Institute.
Candidates have to modify their research protocol as recommended by the RPEC if needed.
Candidates will then have to submit the research protocol to the Registrar of SMU if it has been approved by the RPEC.
Then candidates will have to present their research protocol to the Research Protocol Committee.
Modifications should be done as recommended by the University Research Committee if needed.
Candidates will have to resubmit the research protocol to the Registrar of SMU.
Confirmation of Registration will be given on passing Ph.D. Entrance Exam or UGC/CSIR(JRF)/GATE/SLET/NET.
