Eligibility Criteria
A Candidate for admission to the Four-year degree course in Fisheries must have passed the Intermediate examination with Tamil Nadu Board of Secondary Education with Mathematics/Biology, Physics and Chemistry as Compulsory subjects or any other examination recognized by the University as equivalent thereto.
Admission Guidelines
- There will be a COMMON ENTRANCE EXAMINATION for selection of the candidates for admission into B.F.Sc.
- The candidates for admission will be selected only on the basis of Merit (Weighted Score) which is based on his/her performance of academic career, Entrance Examination and Extracurricular activities.
- If two or more candidates secure the same computed score, the tie shall be resolved and their merit positions will be decided on the basis of higher marks in the Entrance Examination or +2 Science or HSC/equivalent in that order
