IISER Berhampur Cutoff 2023 for the Fifth Round of Counselling has been released. The cutoff for Admissions to 5-year BS-MS programs at IISER Behrampur is based on the scores of the IISER Aptitude Test (IAT). IISER Berhampur Scholarships
The IISER community is allotted a fund by the government which goes into providing scholarships for students. However, this fund is distributed amongst all IISERs, hence a limited number of DST-INSPIRE scholarships will be available for candidates admitted through JEE Advanced and SCB channels as per the norms prescribed by DST INSPIRE scheme. To be eligible, you must be within the top 575 students, irrespective of the caste category.
If a student qualifies the KVPY exam conducted then he or she can apply for the KVPY fellowship program, which provides an annual scholarship to selected students.

The college provides an array of facilities for the holistic development of students. Some of the facilities are mentioned below:
Computer Centre - Students can access the computer center during its opening hours by filling a form. Network connectivity is provided to the entire transit campus that connects all the Lecture Halls, Academic Departments, Hostels, and Central Library. Internet access is provided by 50 Mbps.
Central Library - The Central Library of this institute offers access to essential and specialized information resources and services to meet the growing information requirements. Library currently has a wide range of books, magazines, journals, and e-journals.

Ques: Can I opt-out of the Dual degree program after completing my UG degree?
Ans: As of now, candidates must complete the five-year program and there is no option to leave the course after completion of the UG degree.
Ques: Is there any internship or placement opportunities at this institute?
Ans: Placements are controlled by the Academic Affairs Office. Dates for application of internships are regularly posted and updated on the institute website. Ph.D. students with a valid GATE/ NET score receive a fellowship for working as TAs. Students can apply online for summer/ Winter Internships.
Since the college was established in 2016, the first batch of BS-MS students is set to pass out in the year of 2021, so as of now there is no data regarding the placement scenario at the institute.
Ques: How do I apply for an internship?
Ans: Visit the college website and under the "Academics" tab you will find an option called "Internships". Under this, the staffs regularly update internship positions available. You can also get the form and submit it to the office. Once done, the merit list will be released in the same place a few days later. Both internal and external (students from other colleges) can apply.
Ques: Does the institute provide any special courses for students?
Ans: The Institute Open Online Course committee implements open online courses, as per the principle of Swayam and MOOC of MHRD, in the Institute and will be accountable to the Senate of the Institute. It is headed by Prof. S N Mishra, Professor.
