Read Full ReviewIn physical science, we get to study all three core subjects of science and It has a more diverse curriculum so we get the opportunity to work in any of the three fields. Our college has a very good student-to-teacher ratio as we have around 1 professor of each subject per 30-35 students in our course. All the professors are well qualified and hold PHD degrees but hardly half of them genuinely take interest in helping students rest of them just care about completing the course. Since our batch started late in the initial three semesters, exams were held every 4 months but it's now being held in the regular time period which is 6 months. And the difficulty of university exams is quite okay and for physical science, It's very easily to pass the exam but very tough to score more cgpa.

It is one of the top colleges in the country and Delhi University. It is situated at North Campus, where all top colleges of DU are there, SRCC, Hindu, St Stephens, Hansraj, Miranda House, Kirori Mal, etc. North Campus is a very different environment for students. Ramjas is a very good college. The Faculty is topmost, no one is below a Ph.D. holder. We have one of the best faculties in the whole University. The crowd of the college is the best, students from all parts of the country are there, there is so much diversity. We have students from outside of India as well. Read Full ReviewI chose English Honours at Ramjas college because I heard from people that the Ramjas English department is the best among all departments in University, after getting the admission I just can't agree enough with this. This is probably the best place, the department feels like home, and the ratio is about 1:20 All the facilities are highly intellectual and soft-spoken, they teach the subject so well, I enjoy all my lectures. term exam is announced by University so it's pretty structured and it's not very hard to pass it, it just takes a few readings
Read Full ReviewEconomics honors is a very rigorous course and involves a lot of math including calculus. The economics department of Ramjas has excellent faculty who have doctorates from prestigious colleges like the Delhi school of economics, ISI, and JNU. There are 20 marks for internals which can be conducted by the faculty at any time. Further, 75 marks are for externals that are conducted at the end of the semester. Lastly, there are 5 marks for attendance and anyone having more than 85% attendance is given full 5 marks. The internals conducted my the teachers of Ramjas were more difficult than the external exams conducted by the university at the end of the semester.
Read Full ReviewI am pursuing CA so is BCom Hons the best course to do side by side. The student-faculty ratio is sadly in the department 1:200. Most of the faculty had done master's and diplomas in their respective fields. In DU all colleges with the same semester have their exams at the same time. The gap between one-semester exam to another sem exam is likely to be 4-5 months and if you study properly then it is easy to pass the exam, after all, it is DU.

Read Full ReviewI choose this course because of my interest in philosophy and economics. The faculty of my college is one of the best as the professors are very talented and focus on skill-based knowledge. The professors are highly qualified from the best colleges and their teaching methods are very good as they focus on skill-based education. In one year there are two exams which means to say there are two terms in one year and exams are not that much difficult. We can easily study and pass the exams.
