I have a few friends from both universities and according to their reviews, Kashmir University is definitely the best in Kashmir. Especially for the non-management courses. The quality of academics at the institute is unparalleled. Although the business school is treated as the crown of the institute there is a lack of entrepreneurial minds and placement opportunities. This is the only reason the university lags behind for management courses. However, other streams like Engineering, Medical, Arts, Humanities, Computer Science are great. The campus is located at the heart of Srinagar, near the famous Dal Lake. The campus is green and has urban infrastructure. Overall, the University of Kashmir can be a great option for pursuing your course.

What is the process of admission for CBSE students as their 12th final board exams are in April 2022 and results will be out by June 2022 I am interested in BA programme?

Admission to the BA program at the Cluster University of Srinagar is merit-based. They will consider your 10+2 score and your performance in Common Aptitude Test. Cluster University of Srinagar Admission

Admission to various academic programmes of the University PG Schools and Constituent Colleges for the Academic Session shall be made jointly on the basis of academic merit and Cluster University Entrance Test. Admission shall be conducted through Entrance Test and on Merit Basis.

Application Process

Step 1: Apply online exclusively on the University Admission portal for Entrance Test based programmes.

Step 2. As a first time user, the candidate shall create the login details by clicking on “Register Here” under the “New User” option on this webpage.

Step 3. Applicant's details (as given in candidate’s certificates) should also be furnished.

Step 4. No correction or editing is allowed after filing the application form.
