SRM University, AP is a private university, established in 2017. The university is part of SRM Group and is located at Mangalagiri, Mandal, Andhra Pradesh. 

The university has collaborated with the University of California Berkeley, MIT USA and EFREI France. SRM University Amaravati is a multi-stream research university that offers degree and research programs in diverse fields like Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics, Electronics and Communication, and Mechanical Engineering.

SRM University offers admission in BA under 5 specializations, B.Sc under 5 specializations, B.Com, BBA, B.Tech under 5 specializations, M.Tech under 6 specializations and Ph.D. programs. The university has also introduced an MBA in Banking and Financial Services and Data Science recently.

Admissions are primarily on the basis of entrance examination for courses like B.Tech, M.Tech., MBA and Ph.D. programs. While for courses like BBA, B.Com and BA, admissions are on the basis of merit in 10+2 examination.

SRM University B.Tech Admission 2023

The University offers B.Tech programme under five specialisations for which admissions are on the basis of entrance examination, namely - SRMJEEE(UG), JEE Main, SAT. Candidates are also required to fulfill the necessary eligibility criteria for admission.

Admission into the B.Tech programme is on the basis of SRMJEEE entrance examination, which is conducted by the University which is further followed by counselling. Moreover, the scorecard of JEE is also accepted for the purpose of admission.

SRM University UG Admission 2023

SRM University, AP offers undergraduate programmes, namely - BA under five specializations, B.Sc under five specializations, B.Com and BBA for which admissions are on the basis of merit in 10+2. Candidates must also have at least 60% marks or equivalent in 10+2.

Admission into the BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BA programs is on the basis of merit of 10+2. Candidates must at least have 60% marks in aggregate in order to be eligible for the admission.

SRM University M.Tech and M.Sc Admission 2023

The university offers admission into the M.Tech program under 6 specializations for which admissions are on the basis of an entrance examination, namely - GATE, SRMJEEE. Candidates must also have a degree in B.E or B.Tech with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

The university also offers an M.Sc program under 1 specialization for which admissions are done on the basis of an SRM Future Skill Test followed by a Personal Interview.

Selection Criteria

  • Admission into the M.Tech regular program is on the basis of the GATE entrance examination which is followed by counseling.
  • Admission to the M.Sc program is on the basis of an SRM Future Skill Test followed by a Personal Interview.

Note: For the M.Sc program, the candidates who have a minimum of 2 years of work experience is preferred for part-time and fresher may apply for a full-time classroom program.

SRM University MBA Admission 2023

The university also offers MBA in two specializations of 2-years duration. The full-time professional management degree involves studying on the campus during first year and undergoing the paid internship during the second year.

MBA Data Science offers the course under two specializations namely, Business Analytics and Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence.

SRM University MBA-BFSI Eligibility

  • Graduates with a minimum of 50% in 10th, 12th and UG Degree may apply.
  • Candidates also must have a valid score in any of the following entrance exam: CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ NMAT/ TANCET, etc as per guidelines mentioned on the University website.
  • Professionals with less than 2 years of work experience and less than 26 years age may also apply.

SRM University MBA - Data Science Eligibility

  • Graduation in Engineering, Technology and Science with mathematics as a core subject in 10th and 12th a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years of work experience is preferred for part-time.
  • Freshers may also apply for full-time classroom program.

SRM University MBA-BFSI Selection Criteria

  • The university shortlists candidates based on the entrance exam score such as CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ NMAT/ TANCET, etc.
  • If students do not have any of the above exam scores then they need to appear in SRMJEEM Exam.
  • Candidates can access the entrance test link on the official website and submit it within 48 hours of registration.
  • The Admission Committee will call the shortlisted candidates for Personal Interview and roll out a Provisional Admission Letter (PAL).
  • Candidates need to acknowledge the PAL by paying INR 1,20,000 within 2 days of offers release.

NOTE – Candidates with Diploma and UGC recognized Distance education degrees will have to mandatorily undertake SRMJEEM Exam.

SRM University PG Diploma Admission 2023

The University offers PG Diploma under two specializations for which admissions are on the basis of the entrance examination, namely - SRM Future Skill Test. Candidates are also required to fulfill the necessary eligibility criteria for admission.

SRM University Ph.D Admission 2023

SRM University offers full time Ph.D under several disciplines for which admissions are on the basis of entrance examination conducted by the university. The test is conducted offline, The syllabus for the Entrance Test shall consist of 50% of research methodology and 50% shall be subject specific.

Eligibility

Candidates must have a two year master’s degree with at least 55% marks in aggregate or equivalent. Moreover, candidates who have cleared the M.Phil course work with at least 55% marks are also eligible.

Selection Criteria

Admissions into the Ph.D programme is on the basis of offline entrance examination conducted by the university.

How to Apply for SRM University AP?

Candidates looking for admission in SRM University AP must register themselves on the official website. Here are steps to follow to apply for admission:

  • Visit the ‘Admission’ tab on the official website.
  • Click the ‘Apply Now’ tab to fill the online application form.
  • Upload the recent passport size photograph.
  • Submit the application form by completely filling the required information.

NOTE – For MBA-BFSI, candidates need to login and book their date for the test by paying an application fee of INR 3000 till 31st July and INR 4500 till 5th August and submit the required documents.

Counselling Session

  • On the basis of the online filled application form, the candidates will be invited for counselling.
  • The candidates must bring the following documents:
    • 10th and 10+2-mark sheets & passing certificate
    • Score Card of JEE Main/ SRM-JEE/ SAT Subjects Test
    • Port-folio of extra-curricular and co-curricular activities
  • Submit these documents to the interview panel.

Remarks:

There will be srm Jee and srmapjee based on the rank seats that will be allotted you can search on chrome to find the application link. There is diversity scholarship and merit scholarships and for this, you need to get a good rank cutoff will be decided based on the phase of the exam and there is also a benefit for AP people where they can get through eapcet which costs regular college fee like eamcet.

Remarks:

You have to appear in the SRMJEEE entrance exam and score well and get a minimum <7000 ranks to be eligible for counseling. Application forms are available 3 times a year as phase 1, phase 2, and phase 3. Application fees are 1000/- University also provides some merit-based scholarships to the student if u score well and get good ranks.

Yes, From Srmjeee we can get admission. It is conducted thrice in a year You can find the application form on srmist.edu.in and it cost you 1200 for each phase ,and you can get scholarship too on the basis of rank you got.

Eligibility of the course is to get 60 percent in MPC to find the application form and fee and dates you can check in srmap official website. It is good to process of taking admissions through the SRMJEEE examination

Remarks:

Anyone who has passed class 12th with at least 70% marks in physics chemistry maths and English, is eligible for this course. The application form can be found on the SRMIST website for the SRMJEEE examination through which you can get admission. An application fee of Rs.750 has to be paid for the examination. Application forms are generally released around April, June, and August.
