Read Full ReviewData science was in huge demand in the IT field earlier even new computer engineering was said to be the course including data science in our university so I opted for computer engineering (data science) and now there is a separate course for data science which is name as csd. Teaching varies from person to person but most of them were good. Passing an exam was easy..it's easy to pass
Read Full ReviewI got into Computer engineering as I was always amazed at how programming works. Being from PCMB, still i had the interest to be an engineer. Student: faculty ratio has a huge difference. Students are around 10000+ approx. And the facilities are good enough with strengths as we have a huge teachers base for each subject. Teachers are well qualified and have passed various tests by the college hiring teams. The teaching methodology followed is based on the ppt prepared by the head of departments. They are very good and approved by the AICTE. Exams come faster than we expect at the presidency. As it's an autonomous University, it follows its timetable. Anyways syllabus is covered on time.
Read Full ReviewI chose this course because I was always interested in computers. Most faculties are good and have good qualifications like master's and Ph.D., but some are not that good at teaching. Teaching methods are ppt and chalkboard. Mostly you have to do self-study. The exams are timely and predetermined and are fairly easy to pass.
Read Full ReviewThe reason why I chose electrical is that I have a lot of interest in electric cars especially complete sports cars. I have a dream and that's to become CEO of Tesla definitely not gonna give up on my dream. I'll try my best to work hard. Faculty are good in number and there are no issues. Just a few faculties are rude and don't understand us students. Most of the faculties have completed their higher studies and other facilities have completed masters and etc. The exams depend on the students who prepare for them. Students whose time pass and waste their time are definitely going to end up failing. The exam system is good. Talking about passing I got no words because nothing can be expected
Read Full ReviewFrom childhood, I had an interest in Technology and took up PCME in my PUC to contribute to society through innovative ideas I took up Engineering, and was very much interested in Electronics. We had 60 students in each class and around 13-16 teachers for each class. All teachers are Ph.D. holders either from IIT or NIT only. Midterm and End term
Read Full ReviewI have an electronics background in my 2nd puc, so I selected ECE stands for Electronics and communication engineering. The faculty and students ratio is good. Most of the faculty at the presidency university have Ph.D. Exams were conducted two and a half months once which are relatively easy to pass but hard to get high marks.
Read Full ReviewI was very good at physics and was one of the main reasons to choose mechanical engineering because it felt very much physics-oriented and faculty almost everyone was good in each semester, semester-wise examination.
Read Full ReviewBasically, I was interested in electronics, and my stream in 11th and 12th was electronics. There were a good amount of faculties. The faculty: students ratio was 1:3. The faculty whom I encountered throughout my course was M.Tech graduates. Exams were moderate.
