I am in the ECE discipline so I will tell you about that. I joined this course, particularly because of my interest in microelectronics and analogue systems. Faculty to student ratio is 1:15. All faculties here at iiitkota are highly qualified and had done their doctorate from various IITs and foreign universities. Each year is having two semesters and for each semester you have midterm and end-term exams. If you study well throughout the semester then you can easily score good grades. But studying one night before the exam always leads you towards low-grade points.
Read Full ReviewThe course Curriculum is very apt with the current syllabus. Outdated courses have been excluded and the subjects being asked in entrance exams like GATE have been included. I choose this course because it guarantees a better placement than other courses and also due to my interest in tech. There are near about 200 students in a year having CSE and ECE two branches only and 20 faculties in total. Teachers are very well qualified in their respective fields having research papers published in reputed journals. The semester is completed within 5 months terms held at the gap of 2 months in a week. If someone attends classes regularly, he can easily pass the exams.

Read Full ReviewI choose computer science because the future is going with the computer and digitalize. all the faculty members are well educated al least they are PHD.because they all are research-oriented so they are not good at teaching but they help you in making good projects and in the research field. The best part of my college is there is no load of exams and the curriculum is too easy in this college and you will explore more extra things in your college.
Read Full ReviewThe course curriculum is pretty good and new as compared to other old colleges which are following very old curriculum and you don't have to study useless subjects which are of no use to you. I choose Computer Science because I am pretty interested in technology. The faculty: student ratio is good too. Faculty is OK I would say and everyone is different in teaching methods. Term exams are twice in a semester mid-term and end-term. It is easy to pass exams even if you study a week before.
Read Full ReviewThe teachers at IIIT Kota are a lot better than the teachers in other technical institutions. The studies are not much difficult and are also affordable. The college had dedicated faculty and strict course.
Read Full ReviewThere are two courses in B.Tech computer science and electronics and communications engineering in this college. Both branches have good faculty members and the placement record is fair enough for any aspirant. electronics and communications engineering are that branch is not for students who want to explore computer science. The main reason is that you will have to cover electronics as well because placement in computer science is very good whereas in ECE is not considerable.
Read Full Reviewif choose ece because it was the best I got with my percentile. faculty: student ratio is a bit low about 20 faculty and total students approx 500. The qualification of the faculty is good but the teaching method is not that good it is average. exams are held as per the schedule and papers are difficult and it is hard to maintain a good cg i.e. more than 8.5.
