Instead of quitting your job and enrolling in a school where you might get a placement that is below average, opt for an Executive MBA if you are currently employed and secure. In this situation, you should choose NITIE because of its location in Mumbai, which is crucial for attracting top employers for placements. For at least the next ten years, stay away from all new IIMs. It is not recommended at all to enroll in business schools that are less than 15 years old after leaving a secure job because they take at least 15-20 years to establish themselves. Only when your salary is between 3 and 4 LPAs should you think about enrolling in a new or infant IIM. Alternatively, you could try switching to a better organization that will likely pay you more money.

NM Bangalore doesn’t belong in the same tier as IMT G. You will have better placement opportunities at IMT G. All program of the institute has a common placement process. IMT Ghaziabad average package is around INR 15.57 LPA. IMT DCP offers one year of global exposure. In terms of exposure, placements, and opportunities, IMT Ghaziabad DCP is definitely the better option.

At IIM Kashipur, over 600 students can stay in the hostel, which has 6 people sharing 6 different rooms on each floor of a block with an attached bathroom and access to hot water around the clock. Every floor has a shared dorm. A washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, table, and six chairs are all included in the dorm. Additionally, the entire hostel has a radiant cooling system that uses less energy than an air conditioner to keep the rooms at a consistent temperature. Every day, devoted cleaning and maintenance staff clean the rooms. The hostel facilities are overseen by an infrastructure committee made up of 14–16 students, who look into any problems and quickly find solutions.

Here is the classroom experience of one of the IIM Kashipur students who started in September and had online classes until October. The classes were being held in hybrid mode once a significant number of students had arrived on campus and things appeared to be improving. It was wonderful to return to the traditional teaching methods of the classroom during his offline classes and learn from our professors in person rather than only through screens. Comparing in-person sessions to online ones, the level of interaction and student participation was significantly higher. Their teachers would cold call them to find out how we interpreted the case's specifics, so everyone had to be prepared with case readings and analyses. Because no one can see what you are doing on the screen in an online class, you can do some pending work, but in an offline classroom, you must be completely attentive and responsive to the questions posed by the teacher. This made their schedule even more difficult because other tasks needed to be completed at different times of the day. Overall, the offline MBA experience is unique and serves the true purpose of pursuing an MBA degree where the schedule is hectic and you need to manage everything at your fingertips by increasing your efficiency and working quickly with your teammates. He finds it to be an enthralling experience.
