MJPRU BTech Admission Criteria

Through JEE Mains

• Admission to the B.Tech programme at MJPRU is entirely based on the marks of JEE Mains conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
• Eligible and JEE Mains qualified students to have to register themselves with the University Portal in order to proceed with the further selection process.
• On the basis of applications, the University will release a merit list containing the eligible candidates %ile.
• All the eligible candidates have to appear for a counselling session to secure their seat at MJPRU.
• According to their score candidates will be allotted to their preferred branch. Eligible and interested candidates have to freeze the option and pay the admission fee in order to reserves their seat as an admitted student.
• University will grant admission only after the original document verification and full fee payment.

For BTech Lateral Entry

• Admission to the B.Tech Lateral Entry at MPRJU will be done through the JEE Main Examination.
• All the admission will be done through UPTAC Central Counseling.
• After the declaration of the JEE Main Result, the University will publish its Opening and Closing Rank.
• Eligible candidates have to proceed with the further steps by appearing in the central counselling.
• Candidates have to select their preferred branch in descending order and to confirm the choice one has to lock it.
• If the candidates meet all the required eligibility he/she will be offered provisional admission.
• Interested candidates have to pay their Semester + Admission fee in order to reserves their seat as admitted ones.
• Candidates need to present themselves for the document verification at the university later.
