You can obtain the Application form in 3 ways:

• In person, by paying Rs 500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) at the University Office 
• By post, from the Registrar on requisition with a Demand Draft for Rs 600/- (Rupees Six hundred only) drawn in favour of “Sri Ramachandra University, Porur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu-600116” mentioning clearly the name of the course
• By applying online

Steps to Apply Online:

Step 1: Download the Application form from the website.

Step 2: Fill in the Application form with the required details. The application form should be filled in block letters in your own handwriting. Affix a recent passport size photograph in the spaces provided in the application form.

Step 3: Attach a Demand Draft for Rs. 500 taken in favour of “Sri Ramachandra University, Porur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu-600116”

Step 4: Send the final Application Form along with the necessary enclosures to the following address:

Aspirants seeking admission to 2 year Full-time P.B.B.Sc (Nursing)  Program should have passed Diploma in Nursing, Registered his/her name with any State Nursing Council and put in minimum of 2 years of Nursing service in any recognized Hospital or educational institution or as a full time Public Health Nurse.
