I am residing in the Malaprapha hostel of the Central University of Karnataka. The room consists of bunkers fans lights tables cupboards charging circuits extra. When it comes to mess comma I really don't like the quality of meals and the menu of the mess consists of idli dosa vada Puri rice sambar chicken paneer buttermil papad etc the registration process for the hostel and affordability will be done during the application process for admission. I am staying in university hostel but not in any rented room or pg.
I feel that my life in Cuk is so exciting. I learned a lot. Recently in the month of April, we conducted an annual fest called ARTHIKOTSAV. The library had many books and journals that belonged to various subjects. The classrooms are maintained well with all proper facilities. These sports are also given good importance and every year there will be south zone selections in various sports like cricket badminton volleyball etc. Eco Club is the web Instagram page that is being run by my economics department.

The fests occur here at regular intervals. Each department have their fest and they happen in a really good way. Library here has good facilities online and as well as offline. Most of the books are found here in library. Sports is lacking when compared to academics. No good clubs or social groups here in the University. They all are good for nothing.

Read Full ReviewThe hostel of our university is really well. The rooms are big. We can have our own space to study but the sharing of cupboards is the problem. The caretaker is really good and the warden is good as well. She is strict also in discipline and maintenance. The registration process will be done in the Administration office of our university. The meal will be ok. Not all the nutritious food is given but it is fine. They have been improving recently.
The Department of Economics at Central University of Karnataka conducts ECO FEST every year. That was the department-level fest. The fest was so good because as part of the fest we learned many things we were segregated into committees and every individual had a task to perform. In that, we learn how to organize and balance quarrels and learn leadership qualities. We also have a sports fest which really happens every month and encourages every individual in their co-curriculum activities. The clubs also run by students like eco club, geo club . Books will be available all the time. The access will be there for Every student without any discrimination. Lots of books are available in the central library.

During the first, second and third rounds of counseling, you may or may not get seats but after that the university conducts an open counseling and spot admission.
Every year, seats remain vacant in almost each and every course in CUPB. You may get a seat in the third round of counseling or after that in open counseling.
