Best campus for study

Hostel Facilities:

Our locality is at vanyavad circle Nadiad and we get a much more good mess than other pgs. or hostels we are rented a room in a hostel named APC (Akshara mushroom charity) and it provides much more atmosphere than Pgs.

Campus Life:

The annual fest of DDU named falsify week is held in March 2023. The library contains many batter books it has at least 3/4 books per subject. Extracurricular activities are more than our expectations and it gives more opportunity for our job experience.

The Best Collage

Hostel Facilities:

The hostel facility is so good. We are three people in each room. And the food quality is too good as compared to other colleges. Also, the registration process was easy. I am not in PG but there are almost 2000 per person every month.

Campus Life:

This is a very bad thing in our college. We have to go compromise with our campus. The college building is very old. There is a library also in our college. But there are very less books sometimes we do not get books of our choice.

Brief review of DDIT

Campus Life:

There is only one festival in the year called Felicific, that thing I don't like about it. In library there are all books available free of cost to read and also three books you can take to home to read. All books you need while semester are available in library. And also generally they provide with cost .there is a sports club at university that conducts extra activity on their own. for computer students, there are clubs like the computer society, and ddu CodeChef chapter clubs that can we join.

College is a skill of leaving life

Hostel Facilities:

My hostel has a 350-student capacity. In every room, capacity is dependent on room size 3 or 6 students. my room has an attached gallery and bathroom. My hostel meal quality is good and the menu is simple for every student. For admission in my hostel student have to join any religion and scholar enough to leave in my hostel. An affordable hostel for all students only 50000 per year for leaving.

Campus Life:

In our college only one annual fest celebrate by the college officially is called fasti week which is for 7 days only in a year. In our library, students have enough material to read a book but only course-related books, not an skill or any informational books In my college sports clubs and website are run by students.

Campus Life:

There is a cultural fest every each where many games and events are organized. And many other tech and coding fests are conducted. A library is available for every student to study and you can take books from the library free of cost for a specific period. One of my friends studied in DDU and after gathering some information online, I can give you a proper comparison. Analyzing this you will be able to make your decision. DDU has an edge over MSU, when comparing CSE departments. MSU's programming events at their annual technical festival, FootPrints, was also disappointing. They use outdated equipment in their labs and the overall competition was not as good as DDU. The Computer Engineering course of DDU has programming languages and technologies early on in the 4 year duration and core CS theory subjects after, unlike MSU. Java is taught in DDU in the 3rd sem but in MSU, it comes in the 6th. Web technologies are introduced in DDU in the 4th sem unlike MSU .If you choose DDU, expect lots of exams and strict rules. FootPrints at MSU happen at a much larger scale than DDU's Felicific. The DDU schedule will keep you busy and focussing less on extracurricular activities. MSU hostels have received a lot of student complaints. In comparison, DDU's hostel is more comforting. Categories DDU MSU Course Fee INR 6.08 lakh INR 6,000 Highest CTC 10 LPA 8 LPA Average CTC 6 LPA 3.5 LPA Recruiting Companies TCS, Infosys, Crest Data Systems, etc. TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc. It is suggested that you go for DDU instead of MSU. There are various clubs at Dharmsinh Desai Universitywhich you can join. Here are some of them. DDU Connect: This is a great group. They started many activities like publishing monthly magazines and journals for the institution. Spandan: This is a very special group that includes activities like Orphanage visits, Old age home visits, blood donation camps, Thalassemia check-up camps, Eye donation pledges, etc. This group had organized an eye donation camp with DDU Connect, which holds the Guinness book of world records of having the maximum pledges. CSI: This group is joined mostly by CS and IT branch students although everyone can join this group. This group organizes technical fests every year. There are also some other groups like NSS which is a social club, Shutterbugs which is a photography club, Go Mad and IT Talks which are student activity centers. After doing some research online about these colleges, I found out that mostly students prefer DDU. It would be better in all the ways from campus to placements. The campus of DDU is very good. The infrastructure is well developed. All the required facilities are provided and they are fully functional. The labs are well maintained. The teaching faculty is very good and much better than LD and MSU. The academic curriculum at DDU is better than LD and MSU. Companies such as Infosys, GSFC, Reliance, Wipro visit for hiring. You may also want to know that why they do not prefer LD: It is a Government institute and it comes under Gujarat Technological University. The exams are conducted at odd timings. The schedule is not followed well and vacations are not given at the proper time. The students do not get time to learn anything or do internships. The labs are poorly maintained and not functional. The teaching faculties are not good and supportive. Students have to do self study. The only advantage of studying at LD is that it gets a good number of companies as it comes under GTU. Companies such as TCS, Accenture, Cybage, Persistence, HSBC, elite core, Wipro, matrix visits for hiring. The students passing out from DDU have more skills and knowledge compared to other students. So, overall, DDU would be a better option.

You just need to be sure about what you want because CE is a wide domain. Companies recruit for different profiles. like Java developer, PHP developer, .NET developer, etc. According to the placement highlights of this year, for CE the placement average was 100%. The highest CTC offered was more than 30 lakhs and the average CTC offered was nearly 6 lakhs. They let you familiarize with the functioning of the industry to make you ready. They have the best campus facilities in Gujarat. With a well maintained infrastructure, it even beats the reputed Nirma University. Cons: The college is comparatively costlier than other colleges in the region. The faculty lacks experienced professors. Most of the faculty members are new. As a department, it has more experience. It has also improved a lot over the years. The faculty members are well-educated and highly experienced. The laboratories are well-facilitated. From 4th sam, you will have to do projects. That way you will get to learn about real-life projects. The placement record for DDU is also quite good. The placement average is around 95%. In internal, you need to score at least 36 marks in subjects having practical lab and 45 marks in subjects having no practicals, to pass.
