The candidates have to fill an application form for admission to Bastar University. It can be filled up in both, online and offline mode.

Online mode:

The Online application form can be filled by following the below-listed steps:

Visit the official website of Bastar University and click on ‘New Admission’ tab.
Choose the desired course of admission and fill up all the required details.
Click on ‘Save’ and Generate your login id password after that.
Login by using newly assigned e-mail ID and password followed by fulfillment of rest of the details.
Upload the scanned documents as required by the website.
Pay the application fee online.
Take a print out of the application form for future use.

Offline mode:

The Offline application form can be filled by following the below-listed steps:

Visit the official website of Bastar University and click on ‘Download Offline Admission Form’ OR obtain the Admission Brochure from the University campus for Rs 200/- only.
Choose the desired course of admission and fill up all the required details.
Click on ‘Save’ and Generate your login id password after that.
Login by using newly assigned e-mail ID and password followed by fulfillment of rest of the details.
Download the Admission Form and attach the required documents to it.
The filled in application form along with requisite fees in the form of Bank Draft has to be sent to the following address: The Registrar, Bastar Vishwavidyalay, Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh – 494001.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate should have minimum 50% aggregate in Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines with mathematics or additional subject at 10+2 level as per DTE counseling

Admission will be based on merit.

Course Details

Bastar University offers PG admissions with various specializations. The candidates must have completed their Bachelors degree with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks (50% for MBA and MSW) from Bastar University or any other recognized University.

For taking admission to M.Sc programmes, the candidates must have completed B.Sc in relevant stream and for MCA; the students must have taken Mathematics as their compulsory subject in Graduation.
Selection to any of the postgraduate courses at Bastar University is done based on the marks scored in the qualifying examinations.
For MCA, apart from Graduation marks, CGP MCA counseling will select the final candidates.
