Course Details

Dibrugarh University offers various UG, PG, Diploma, and PhD courses. At UG level. At UG level, the university offers B.Ed, B.Pharm, BCA, B.Li.Sc, B.P.Ed, BBA, BA (Performing Arts) and B.Tech programs in various disciplines along with integrated B.Sc-M.Sc and BA-LL.B courses. This university also imparts education through distance learning.

The University also offers a 1-year PGDCA programme. The basic eligibility criteria is that the Applicants must have completed a Bachelor's degree. For admission to the PGDCA programme, the institute does not conduct an entrance exam. The total course fees for the PGDCA program at Dibrugarh University is INR 23,380.

Dibrugarh University PGDCA Key Highlights

The PGDCA program is divided into 2 semesters.
The total intake for the PGDCA course is 120.
Students for the PGDCA program are selected based on a merit list of the previous qualifying exam.

How to Apply for Dibrugarh University PGDCA?

Application Process

Visit the official website of Dibrugarh University .
Under the admission section, fill out the form with your full name, a username, a mobile number, and a password. In your phone, you will receive an "Activation Code." To activate your account, enter your mobile number and the Activation Code and click the "Activate" button.
Use your Username and Password to log in. Select "Apply Online" from the drop-down menu. Choose the type of programme and the name of the programme. Continue by pressing the Enter key.
Fill out the form in stages ( e.g Personal Details, Educational Details, Photo and Signature). To save the information, click Save & Continue at each stage. You can retrieve the saved information at any time and make changes before submitting it.
Review the form again. Verify that the information, photos, and signature have been entered and shown appropriately. If anything has to be changed, simply return to the relevant stage using the Back button or by clicking the corresponding button for that stage.
After you've reviewed your form, click the Submit button. The amount of the application fee and other payment information will be presented. By clicking "Proceed to Pay," you will be able to pay your Application Fee online.
"Continue to Pay '' should be clicked. Choose from a variety of payment methods, such as netbanking, debit card (visa, master, maestro), credit card, and so on. The ATM-cum-Debit card option is for earlier ATM card types that are currently only supported by a small number of banks.
An Acknowledgment Slip with a unique transaction id will be generated after a successful submission. Save the Acknowledgement Slip to your computer for future use. The submitted Application Form and the Admit Card (if appropriate) can also be downloaded (or printed) from the Dashboard.

Please remember that your application is only deemed complete when the application fee is paid and an Acknowledgement Slip is created with a "SUCCESS" status. Any information in the form cannot be changed after it has been submitted. You may, however, save or print the Application Form or Acknowledgement Slip for future use.

During the first year, the students of all branches will have a common classroom for all subjects. It is from the 3rd semester that you will be well acquainted with respective branches. The teachers are very dedicated and cooperative and the classes are held regularly. Alongside academics, you would be left with enough time to excel through various extra-curricular activities. The annual tech fest “Auxesis” is held every odd semester and the University Week is held every even semester. The workload becomes exhausting during these semesters. The campus is serene and splendid. The greenery everywhere brings out the best of the serene beauty and creates an enthusiastic environment for studying. Overall, your college time here would be terrific. Everyone has their own individual perspective and opinions thus; your experience might be very much different and better too.
