- Seniors are caring there is no ragging in college
Dislikes
- There is limited sports available in college
- The guards are too much sometimes if you don't have id card they won't let you in no matter what
- There's not many food options near college so the students who are coming from far have to carry tiffin
Remarks :
Actually I choose this college cause it seemed alright to me when I was applying for other colleges I had a very low rank but this college was one of the best at that moment to me cause of the placements they have provided in last few years
Course Curriculum Overview :
My course have many topics that helps me understand the comercial world and the job market of our course ,here they teach us spoken English, personal finance, management,team leading and many things .
Placement Experience :
Many MNCs and reputable companies provide jobs on our college campusing few students even got 12-16 LPA jobs on campus from our college if you can prepare well with the help of facultys than I assure you ,you can get a job on campus
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I paid 42000 in both semester at first year , I will pay 47000 in both semester at second year, I will pay 50000 in both semester at third year , I will pay 52000 in both semester at the last year fourth year,
Campus Life :
The first event i attended was flames the freshers party of our college than I attended pheonix as a volunteer of the tech club xplorica and I also attended the cine fest of our college, There's also many photowalks i attended which were organised by the clubs of our college
Faculty :
There are sufficient faculty members for every department and in my department the are very frank with students they help us in any way possible when there are problems, but at examination hall the teachers are very strict they won't let you slide if you get caught while cheating

Our IEM kolkata college is famous for discipline and placements record. This college is the one of the best college in placement record. Here minimum package 5lpa and avarage package is 8lpa and highest package is 72lpa.

Highest package in our college is 40 lakhs in Amazon and off campus placement package is around 60 lakhs.averge package in our college is 5 lakhs. Placement in CSE department is decent, they get you a job but not very promising package, you have to go off campus for good Placements, the college brings companies but not very attractive offers, even you have to find internships on your own.

If i compre to other government college with placement then in our college placement is not good. In our college need to upgrades placement faculty and process. Name of company visited in our college is LNT, ADANI, TCS, INFOSYS, WIPRO etc.

As the college is new and I'm a 2nd year lateral student i have not much idea about placements. But the placement is average. TP cell is very much active to improve campus placement. But the academic system is very good so students can get job easily even without campus placement. I came to know from one of my senior that 7lakhs per annum is the highest package form the college. I planned to give GATE exam after getting my degree.

Heritage has decent placement. Nearly 100 percent students got placed. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Capgemini, and Infosys are came every year. And microsoft and Amazon came sometime for pool campasing.

It should be the rate of placements is decreasing day by day. It's a very negative sign for us.
