Likes
- Every dependent faculties are very good.
- The infrastructure of the heritage is very nice.
- In Heritage, every student have to participate in co curricular activities, while that may be sports, darama, photography or something else.
Dislikes
- Sometimes professors are not that much friendly.
- Attendance policy which is very frustrated.
- Hostels for boys is not available for every year student. And that's also out off college area.
Remarks :
Firstly higher Secondary or equivalent exam are compalsary Then qaalify west bengal Joint Entrance Examination or jee mains both are allowed for admission 80% seats are filled by WBJEE candidates, 10% from JEE(Main) candidates and 10% under Management Quota. An additional admission of 10% of the 2nd year (Lateral Entry) from Diploma students. Wbjee cut-off is go high for civil engineering department. It's around 50k 5o 60k.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Every course is very good. The teaching quality is very good of the professors. Student's are the first priority of every teacher. The difficulty level of exams is midium. If a student study, he/she will pass with a good cgpa.
Internships Opportunities :
Many companies are take heritage's students for internship like godrej, Infosys, Wipro etc.some students get stipend. In those companies students role is firstly learning how to do and after sometime apply.
Placement Experience :
Heritage has decent placement. Nearly 100 percent students got placed. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Capgemini, and Infosys are came every year. And microsoft and Amazon came sometime for pool campasing.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
At the time of addmission I have to pay 72000. Tuition fee : 44000 Addmission fee : 5000 Library fee : 6000 Student's welfare and games & sports fee : 4000 Caution deposit (refundable) : 10000 University students development fee : 2200 Addmission kit : 1000 In 2nd semester 44000 (tuition fee). And after 2nd semester, college increase its fee. Now for 3rd semester we have toh pay 69500 rs. It's also for future, we have to pay this same fees for upcoming semesters. There is only special fees for tfw catagory that is, 9000 per semester (after increasing semester fees)... without that there isn't any special fees for any category. And also there is no college scholarships. But any one can apply for government or private scholarships as per there eligibility.
Campus Life :
My experience in this college is pritty good. College provide us a nice infrastructure, sports facilities, canteen facilities, in library there is various types of books, and also study is obviously very good. But my disappointment is heritage has no fresher party for BTech students.
Faculty :
Maximum professors have master degree from Kolkata University and jadavpur university. And few of them done PHD in their own field. There is 1 teacher for every 30 students in every one period. Any student can approach any teacher for any query but sometimes teachers are are not that much friendly.

Placement in CSE department is decent, they get you a job but not very promising package, you have to go off campus for good Placements, the college brings companies but not very attractive offers, even you have to find internships on your own.

After 7th semester students are eligible for campus placement.in this college TCS, INFOSYS, ACC, COUGLIGENT etc.highest package in my course is about 10lac on campus and average package is 5 lac per annum

As I'm from civil engineering department and aiming for government job this college is good as per my knowledge with the low fee structure and as a matter for course curriculum this college is a auto autonomous which allows the college to modify the course structure by its own which helps the students to score good marks in the exams.
