I also applied for RCOEM but I didn't get it due to score that's why I took admission in ycce and if I campare ycce and RCOEM my first choice always RCOEM they provide great placements talking about admission process to get admission in YCCE you have to qualify Jee/cet exam and college also take admission at institute level but you have pay extra fees

Ycce provides internship but not that much companies that offer internship are - persistence, Infosys,tcs ,unstop, internshall,Mahindra ,abs technology etc. Stipend range from 5k-10k but mostly students go off campus and grab internship offers
After 7 semester students become eligible for the placements Placement wise college is average. Do not expect 6–10 lakh package You can get a 3–4 lakh package, and only 70 out of 130 get that(All mass recruiters like TCS, Capgemini, and L&T, only a few core companies visit YCCE 100% placement is a myth, they place students in BPO to increase placement numbers. But if you have even a little bit of coding knowledge you will get in.

Faculty relation -The relationship between students and faculty is very good. The faculty members are known for their friendly and helpful nature. Students feel comfortable asking questions or seeking help, as the faculty is always willing to assist. Course structure -The course structure includes both audit courses and branch-related subjects. For these courses, students must take both practical and theory exams. The theory exams are out of 50 marks, and students need to score at least 10 marks to pass. Exams: Throughout the semester, students are required to take 2 mid-semester exams (MSE) and 1 end-semester exam (ESE). The mid-semester exams are each worth 30 marks, which are then converted to 15 marks each, contributing a total of 30 marks towards the final grade. To pass the ESE, students must score at least 10 marks. Passing Criteria: To pass a subject, students need to accumulate a total of 40 marks. This includes 30 marks from the MSE and at least 10 marks for ESE
I am a technical student so I have a mind set that I have to go in a technical field only I started my technical career from 11th as choosing a vocational subject in 11th and 12th frequency and timings we come to know a month ago so you have to prepare your self everyday and areas of improvement is that you make technical mund strong
The overall ratioof placemnet can be considerd good.Most of the big placements 20+ are offcampus.Companies do visit but just a good cgpa wont gaurantee a job, the resume needs to be strong. There is cutoff applied for students on basis of cgpa.
I choose Metallurgy and materials engineering because It is good in VNIT nagpur being an old college it has also good exposure and placement is also Some how good. If I talk about my college student ratio is like other engineering colleges and in my class also there is 1 girl per 7 boys . Talking about the faculty of my college , they are very good and nice. Some Professor recently in world's top 2% scientist. There have two exam in a semester that is mid sem and end sem.

The college placement are execellent ,with students from the 6th semester are allowed to sit for placement.Mass recruiters like TCS,Accenture,IBM offer packages ranging 5-8 Lpa.Companies such as Amazon,Nutranix and LG provide -substantial package of 22 LPA,17-22 LPA,and 37 LPA respectively,with number of offer ranging between 25-30 per year.The highest package do far has been 48 LPA from Fivetran.The 2020 batch achived an impressive placemeent percentage of 90% iin CSE and allied branches,compared to 68-70% in core branches.
