The eligibility of the course firstly you have to pass our secondary school then you can take admission. We find the admission form through an college agent . The timing of exams are after evey 6 months and the exam level is moderate to difficult.
I choose this course because i have to be engineer. That's also my father dream and that's why i choose Bachelors of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering . The methods of teachers to tell us about the subject is excellent they teach us with our experience in his life
Our total yearly fees is 60000 year which is not higher than others colleges such as CU, DU. Registration fees is higher than usual, The SC and ST students have benefits in tution fees and in lab fees if they all are belong not from other states
There is so many competitions that are held in our college in every month like rangoli competition, mehndi competition and technical fests like freshers party and Lamhe the big festival. The facilities and technology provisions in classrooms is really good but in labs not a good facilities. There is no any sports in our campus. Not a single student didn't run any social group.
Teachers are really good and qualifications of our teachers are also really good they motivate all students to study hard and to build our brighter future please so we can achieve good things in our life
The average placement of Thapar is around 10 lakhs per yr. Students are eligible for placement after completing 3rd yr. Various companies like Zomato, Google, Aplle recruits students from Thapar. The highest package offered this yer=ar to two students was aroun 1.2 Cr per yr and this was campus placement. Percentage of students getting placed is above 90%. If a student wants to apply for off campus placement, he can do that as well. I will persue Masters after this degree
the curriculum is more or less like the U.S. school of thoughts inculding the concept of financial aid , they have air conditioner classes, have TA's and IM'S and they also do supprt you during the classes

The students start getting placement during their 8th semester while they are being prepared by the university for the placement drive. Companies like Eicher, Royal Enfield etc are in partnership with the university itself. The highest package was 28LPA and the average package is around 6-7LPA.My plans after getting the degree is to pursue higher studies while having a job at side to support myself though the process.

Placements are offered in the 8th semester, i.e 4th year. The placement record if IIT Ropar is really good with always-increasing graph each year. The placements of core branches like Civil are not as good as CSE but they are satisfactory.
