If you are getting CSE at LNMIIT, go for it. Do not choose a branch just for the sake of the NIT tag. After completing the degree you may only have placement options in MNCs like TCS, Infosys, etc. I know many people from unknown branches of IIIT working in service companies. So, you get the idea. 

• If you are one of the top students at LNMIIT Jaipur, you can easily secure a placement package of around 7-8 LPA. 
• According to the recent industry trends, for securing good placement offers you need to be good at coding. And LNMIIT has a developed coding culture.
