Prime Minister Narendra Modi has begun his address to the Exam Warriors from across the country as part of the 4th Edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha Event. PM Modi’s address to students, teachers and parents comes as the exam season has begun, especially for CBSE & ICSE Board Exam students.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Pariksha Pe Charcha 2021 is being held online to ensure everyone's safety amidst the rising infection cases. According to rough estimates, approximately 14 lakh people registered with students from over 81 countries to win a chance to meet PM Modi through a creative writing competition held previously. Pariksha Pe Charcha 2021: Students from 81 Countries Participating

As per the details shared by Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ millions of students from across India and over 81 other countries will be participating in the Pariksha Pe Charcha 2021. Mr Pokhriyal had also shared that over 10.5 lakh students, 2.6 lakh teachers, and 92,000 parents have enthusiastically participated in the creative writing contest that was held to shortlist participants for PPC 2021.

Pariksha Pe Charcha 2021 Date and Time

The formal announcement of date and time for Pariksha Pe Charcha 2021 session was done by Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself. Earlier in the week, PM Modi shared that he will be interacting with students on 7th April at 7 PM in the evening through a tweet sent out from his official account.

Pariksha pe Charcha 2021: What has Changed Since Last Year?

Last year, Indian Government organised the Pariksha Pe Charcha contest where students from different states and regions asked questions to the Prime Minister. This year the event will be held in a digital format for the first time since it came into existence in the year 2017.

This is the 4th edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha and students will be participating from 81 countries. 14 Lakh students have already registered for the event. The discussion on examinations will take place on April 7, 2021 (Wednesday) at 7 PM.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Education said in a statement that a digital creative writing competition was held for children, teachers and parents of 9th to 12th grade on various subjects from 17 February to 14 March 2021. 

The statement said that 10.5 lakh students, 2.6 lakh teachers and 92 thousand parents have registered to participate in the creative writing competition. Winners of the competition will receive a golden opportunity to feature alongside PM Modi at the event. They will be felicitated with certificates of appreciation as well as Pariksha Pe Charcha kits.
