Registrations for MHT CET 2021 is likely to be started by the 1st week of January, 2021. Candidates have to fill the application form online on the official website of MHT CET. The link for registration will be available by the last week of February,’21 but it is advised not to wait till the last date as candidates may face glitch or server issues on the website.

MHT CET 2021 will be conducted online around the last week of April,’2021. Minimum eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have passed/appeared/appearing class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with at least 50% marks. Around 500,000 students are likely to register for MHT CET 2021.

How to Apply for MHT CET 2021?

Application for MHT CET shall be filled and submitted online on the official website of MHT CET. Candidates are suppose to follow the steps mentioned below to fill the online application:

• Visit the official website of MHT CET

• Click on ‘apply online’

• Register online and provide a valid email address and phone number

• The registration id and password will be sent on the registered email address and mobile number

After the registration process candidates have to fill an application form which will ask for personal details including photograph and signature. Follow the instructions mentioned below to fill the application form:

• Fill all the personal details like name, parents’ name, gender etc

• Fill the contact details like address for correspondence, permanent address etc

• Upload scanned copy of recent passport sized photograph and signature

MHT CET 2021: Suggestions for Application

Candidates must be very careful while filling the application form as little mistake can cause a lot of discrepancy in the application. Following suggestions must be taken care of while filling the application form for MHT CET 2021:

• Candidates must cater for valid email addresses and phone numbers as they will be used for all the future references.

• The payment process shall be completed successfully as without the payment the application will be considered as incomplete and it will be rejected

• There must be only one application as multiple application will be rejected and it will impact the candidature

• However, the candidate can cancel the application form if they want to cancel but no refund shall be provided for cancellation.

MHT CET Eligibility Criteria

The minimum eligibility criteria for appearing in MHT CET is that a candidate must have passed/appeared/appearing class 12 with science subjects including mathematics. The minimum percentage in class 12 should be 50%. However, there is no age limit capped by the government for appearing in this examination. Reopening of Application Link for MHT CET 2021:

The application portal will be reopened in the 1st week of March,’21. The candidates who missed the registration can register and apply within this duration. The usual deadline for the process is 7-8 days. However, the candidates are required to pay a late fine of 500.00 INR along with the already existing application fee i.e 800.00+500.00= 1300.00 INR.

Mode of Payments

The online payments should be made through net banking, credit and debit cards(visa/maestro/rupay/mastercard), IMPS, Cash cards, UPI, e-wallets etc. No other modes of payment shall be accepted for the application. After the payment is successful an e-receipt will be generated. If the e-receipt has not been generated then it shall indicate that the payment has been failed and it has to be attempted again. To start the payment process again the candidate has to enter login id and password.
