MHT CET exam pattern consists of three papers including paper 1 (Mathematics); Paper 2 (Physics and Chemistry) while Zoology and Botany questions will be asked in Paper-3. All the questions asked will be MCQ and 90 minutes time will be allotted for each section

The questions will be based on the syllabus of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.
Almost 20% weightage will be given to the questions from class 11th syllabus while the remaining weightage will be given to the questions from class 10+2 syllabus while designing the question paper.
No marks will be deducted for wrong answers; all the questions will be mainly application based.
