Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) is conducted by State Common Entrance Test Cell, Government of Maharashtra on behalf of Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra. MHT CET 2020 is conducted at a State level entrance test every year to offer admission in various government and private institutions situated in the state of Maharashtra.
The online application process for MHT CET 2020 is expected to start from the second week of February 2020 and continue till the last week of March 2020. MHT CET 2020 Examination will be conducted in the second week of May 2020(tentative). Tentative Important dates of MHT CET 2020 is given below:

As MHT CET 2020 is conducted by State Common Entrance Test Cell, Government of Maharashtra, all aspirants must first of all go through all the State board books at least once before referring to any other books.
NCERT books and State board books for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology is best while preparing for MHT CET. Candidates can also refer to other books available but they should not ignore NCERT and State Board books.
MHT CET 2020 will be organised as an online Computer Based Test(CBT). The question paper will cover the syllabus of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education. Approximately 20% weightage will be given to class 11th curriculum and 80% weightage will be given to class 12th curriculum while setting the question paper. MHT CET holds 3 Papers - Paper 1(Mathematics), Paper 2(Physics & Chemistry) and Paper 3 (Biology). Students who wish to pursue a career in Pharmacy must appear for Paper 2 and can choose between Paper 1 and paper 3.

MH CET 2020 application form will be released in the second week of February 2020 tentatively. Aspirants can complete the registration process through the official website of MHT CET 2020. Applicants will have to enter his/her personal details, educational details, contact details, medium of language, choice of paper and exam center city. Candidates will also have to upload his/her photograph, signature and other required documents as asked. After completing these steps, candidates will have to pay the application fee to confirm their candidature. The last date to fill and submit the application form will be in the fourth week of March 2020.

A candidate who has successfully filled the application form and whose application has been accepted will be able to download MHT CET 2020 Admit card. Candidates can download the Admit Card from the official website from the fourth week of April 2020.

MHT CET 2020 Cutoff is the minimum score required to secure admission in the various colleges offering admission through MHT CET 2020 score in Maharastra. The cut off will depend on a lot of factors such as:

MHT CET 2020 Counselling Process will start after shortlisting the eligible candidates in the merit list. The counselling process will begin soon after the results are declared in the first week of June 2020.
The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Governmwill conduct Centralized Admission Process (CAP) in various rounds. According to the rank of the candidates, seats will be allotted to candidates.
Candidates’ document will also be verified during the counselling process. Candidates are advised to carry all the required documents for verification at the time of Counselling.
