Minimum Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants applying for MBA program should have a minimum three-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 50% aggregate marks in any discipline are compulsory.
• Students in the final year of the degree are also eligible to apply.
• Applicant must have registered for XAT 2020 and the scorecard is needed to be produced during the time of final selection.

NOTE: Students without mark sheets (final year students or those who are waiting for results) or certificates have to submit the same before the due to IMT’s Academic Program office. Failing to do so will result in admission being canceled.

Application Process

Fill the Application Form

• First of all, candidates have to check the online application requirements on the official website of the college
• Candidate has to complete the online Application Form, which is common for all the four campuses of the college - IMT Ghaziabad, IMT Nagpur, IMT Hyderabad and IMT Dubai
• In the Online Application, candidate has to provide
  1. educational qualifications
  2. contact details 
  3. ID for XAT-2020 and all other mandatory fields of the form.

Make Online Payment

• After completing the form, the applicant has to make a payment through Credit Card or Debit card or Net Banking
• If the payment has been done successfully and your application number has been generated, then you can consider your application to be submitted. 
• Applicants will receive confirmation of application submission through email within the next 24 – 48 hours.

IMT Ghaziabad XAT Selection Process

IMT will conduct a Common Admissions process in February and March 2020 for shortlisting the candidates who have filled the Online Application form.

Step 1: Short-listing of applicants for the Personal Interview process (PI):

• Applicants will be short-listed for Personal Interview round based on XAT-2020.
• Applicants can submit more than one test score. 
• The college will consider the best score before making the list of final admit offer.
• For the Personal Interview process, applicants will be called only once. 
• The Personal Interview process will take 20-25 minutes (for each candidate).
• During personal interviews, the candidate is evaluated on certain parameters.
• Short-listed applicants will be called for the Personal Interview round at the center/venue they have selected/will select in Online Application Form and on the date and time which they will select through the Personal Interview Schedule Form, which will be available on the official website and enabled for specific time period in the month of January 2020.

NOTE: The Personal Interview process will be common for all campuses so candidates need not fill separate application forms for every campus.

Step 2: Admissions Decision

• Admission decisions will be made after completion of the whole Personal Interview process.
• Admission offers will be made to the selected candidates only.
• The final decision will be based on:
  1. XAT Score
  2. Academic Scores of 10th, 12th, Degree
  3. Performance in Personal Interview process.
  4. Work experience (for working candidates only), both duration and quality of work will be considered.
